House vacation rentals in Masainas

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

Deborah gave us a very warm welcome on the evening of our arrival. She is a very obliging and attentive hostess. Deborah was so helpful that she even helped to bake a birthday cake for our daughter. We were given a small present as a farewell gift. The unheated pool was the highlight and was always great for cooling off. The accommodation itself is functionally furnished. We slept very well in the beds. The accommodation is private and quiet in the middle of an olive plantation. We didn't really notice the nearby industrial area. There are many great beaches and activities in the area, just ask Deborah for recommendations.

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

The House is very spacious and has a nice garden and veranda! We really enjoyed the tennis courts (there were even rackets to use) and the beach is super close! Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car and the house has a parking spot. The communication was very easy via whats app. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little wonky but we found everything we needed. The two bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are quite firm (for some people it might matter).

We (a group of 3 couples) stayed a good week in the cottage. In the dark it was not quite so easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown and also described in the photos. The equipment of pots and dishes is very good, wine glasses it could be a few more. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. You can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket on foot, but the way home is a little bit strenuous. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what more could you want. Enrico's information was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

We had a great time staying at Aldo's place. The house is great and has everything you need. The pool outside the front door is a real eye-catcher. We loved it! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

A truly beautiful home, clean and with everything you need to be at home. Very comfortable and very clean. Comfortable in the center and shopping facilities. For the beaches you need to use cars, but it is well worth it being really nice and all a few kilometers away. The only flaw was found in the hasty check-in activity without particular interest to the guest, I think due to the choice of having thisactivity manage to third parties. House located in a very quiet private complex. Summarizing the house is highly recommended and really beautiful, clean and with everything you need.

Dalia is a exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Great experience. We were in four adults and two children and we were comfortable, well-maintained garden with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about a quarter of an hour from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and took care of how our stay was going. We were very satisfied with the apartment, cozy, tidy and clean. Quiet area, but with all the services available around.. a few kilometers and there are various large supermarkets, discount, pharmacy, etc.. super useful indoor parking space! Comfortable as a solution for those who stop at the sea of Poetto, which is about 1km away by car. We also used the barbecue a lot. 🔝 And finally, thank you to Davide who was always kind and available for any useful information about the house and outside. The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating and a well-kept, shared pool. With our two small children we spent a wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool for us very much, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all the windows and the shutters to darken the rooms. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful host. Reachable at any time and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts for everything.

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

The house and amenities look much better than the photos. The place was really close to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. He could use the charcoal grill. There was also an outdoor shower so we washed off the sand outside after the beach. Two terraces where you could eat + the large balcony was great. If you want to just be on the beach and go to just buy something at the store, you don't even need a car. The store was relatively close (15 minutes on foot), although with a lot of shopping it wasn't easy, but it's manageable. If you will have a rental car, there is parking on the property. A/C was in every room but didn't even need to turn it on. Wifi was sufficient for 4 people. I highly recommend this place to stay
