Alicia's place is so beautiful and serene! The view of the lake was amazing and sitting out watching the stars at night in the hot tub was such a nice way to spend a birthday weekend. Cannot recommend enough!

We love Shirleyann's!!! She was proactive & sent me a message about the upcoming weather. Nonetheless, we had a great time despite there still being some snow. We were warm, bed was comfy, and the house had everything we needed. We loved the privacy and being able to hear the river. Tucked away but close enough to town to go explore & shop! Loved all of Shirleyann's things, how cute and cozy things were, and had a great time relaxing in the hot tub! She even left us some local goodies in the kitchen! Wish we could have stayed longer &/ taken advantage of further services! (Was at Tech for conference) Thanks for everything!!! Hope to return!! :) -Bekah & Katie

We had a wonderful stay at this iconic Durham home. It is a turn of the century Victorian, that has been renovated, but still embues that old world charm. The home is perfect for a large group - 6 bedrooms!

We had a very relaxing time. The place was very comfortable and clean. Everything went smoothly and the hot tub was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, place as described. Jacuzzi was great. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure, good shower. Bed was comfortable. Donnie was helpful and responsive.

This cabin was a perfect weekend getaway. It was pretty private and the trails and creek were lovely. The hot tub was nice to relax in and the location of the cabin made it easy to visit some local wineries. We hope to be back soon!

Wow is all I can say! The Yurt at Frog Pond was like something out of a story book. The views were simply amazing with the beautiful forest and the lovely pond right behind the deck. The deck has a beautiful fire pit on it with tiki torches around it. The Yurt was stocked well with coffee, water, utensils and disposable plates. There's a very cool stove in the Yurt that you can use to heat up the place some at night when it's cold, but also plenty of blankets and extra pillows are provided if needed. There's geese that literally follow you around and a rooster that definitely crows at dawn. Plenty of books and board games as well. Awesome place to just get away from it all and bond with your family and friends and leave the stress of the world behind for a few days. Definitely a little slice of paradise! I highly recommend this place!!

We were in town just for a couple of nights but would love to come back for longer! Lovely home and piece of property in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood but very close to everything! My wife walked the trails from the botanical gardens back to the house. Really nice spot!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience. The yurt is beautifully and intentionally designed. We loved the inclusion of many repurposed things and hand crafted items. It was very comfortable and there was more than enough space for our family of 6. The woodlands around the yurt and mountain views were breathtaking. We usually don’t get to bring Frieden (our German Shepherd) with us when we travel so the well built dog house and pin were definitely an extra bonus for us. Also our youngest daughter left behind a couple items that we were promptly asked about and returned to us. We are truly grateful to Erika for sharing her skill and vision. We left this Yurt excited to obtain one of our own!

We stayed here for a month during a transition. It was over the holidays and Danielle was so kind to decorate everything for Christmas! We loved staying at her place!

Shane was an excellent host from beginning to end! The cabin is very private and peaceful with a great view of the lake and lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Julie’s place and once again every expectation met. We were able to grill out on a beautiful Saturday and everything you needed was included. Thank you. 100% recommend this place.

Convenient, comfortable and great view. Chris was helpful, flexible, and very responsive. Visited during an epic cold spell and missed the full potential of the lake access which I would live to enjoy next time

The condo was very clean and the owner had books and games and there was a TV in the bedroom and in the living room. The towels were thick and each person received two towels. The shower had a handheld showerhead, which was nice and the furniture was comfortable. The beds were a medium firm memory foam. The condo has been updated with new flooring and cabinets. I have stayed in other units in this condo so I really do like the area. None of these condos have supplied good cooking tools, and that makes it hard when you want to stay for longer periods of time. An instant pot and a slow cooker would really help if you plan on staying for a long time in any of these units. If it is important for you to park in the back, gated parking lot, especially if you’re staying for longer periods of time make sure you ask if that particular unit allows that. Being a temporary resident should enable parking in the gated area.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!" 

Dave's place was great, just as described and the neighborhood is so pretty and peaceful. Great place to walk your dog. Dave is very responsive if you need anything but otherwise gives you your privacy. Wonderful place to spend the weekend. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in town.

Jane’s place was exactly as advertised and great value. Set in a quiet street but near to all amenities. We were visiting our son at university which is close by so it was a perfect location. Host was very informative and approachable and responsive to our needs. We arrived in autumn as the leaves were changing so it was a beautiful setting

Winifred is a pleasure to work with. Her home is perfect for a weekend getaway or long stay.
