From Reservation to our final days of this stay Ilkin has been extremely communicative and proactive. He even found a solution for us for transportation. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, anytime we needed anything Ilkin was available to hear our request and made it happen right away. The location was great and walking distance to a lot of great sights as well as about three blocks from the metro station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orxan's villa in Baku, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Orxan was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and well-maintained interiors. Each room is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed many relaxing evenings. I would like to thank Mr. Bilal and Ms. Elnure that we stayed on this trip with my family, who made us live the warmth of the house as if we were in our own home. The cleanliness of the house, the comfort and the location were very, very good, everything was better than I expected, Ms. Elnure was as close as a phone call, we communicated easily every time we called, it helped us a lot, I am very happy to stay in this house where I will choose the next time to travel as my own home, I hope I can stay again

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Baku. The proximity to both red and green metro lines and a great park make it an excellent location, all at a great value! And Khalid is a great host who is very responsive if there are any questions.
