Monthly Rentals in Mar de Cristal

Beautiful apartment in private residence, quite well-equipped and with a large terrace at the foot of a superb pool and 10 minutes walk from the beach. 1 unusable parking space but fortunately there is another one. Flexible welcome and checkout appreciated.

Maria's house has been a refuge on our trip through Spain. He waited for us at the bus stop and picked us up to take us to the house, where clean sheets, shampoo and an adorable, minimalist, beautifully decorated and clean little house awaited us. The living room is large with a lot of spaces for photos, eat, chill or reflect. The kitchen is equipped with everything, complete and cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite part, the views, the tennis court and the sea in front of the house made us smile every morning. We had a Spar supermarket near the house and about 20 minutes walking Hipercor. We appreciate the hospitality of María, who has been attentive to our comfort throughout the stay and for her home in La Manga. It's been a lovely place.

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

A very nice unit in a peaceful location. Close to the beach and a nice pedestrian boardwalk. It was a great place to kick back and relax.
