Excellent location, very close to the entire gastronomic sector, supermarkets and businesses on Calle Güemes. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi and smart TV with all the apps. I recommend Silvina and her apartment and would choose them again!

Highly recommended. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, spacious space. Claudio was very flexible with check-in and checkout, which is a lot of help. We had to bring sheets and towels but that was not a problem for us. Very well located apartment. Everything was excellent.

Very good place, you can't see how spacious it is in the photos. Fully equipped, modern, nice neighborhood, you can reach Pens to Alem's bars and locals area and the coast. Very good communication with Solange, and his family member who welcomed us and we were able to do a late checkout. Totally recommended.

Everything was thought out: board games for rainy days and lounge chairs, umbrella and table for beach days. I value the depto. have a garage and the flexible check-in and check-out times. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay. Everything works perfectly and it's really comfortable. Take advantage of the space very well. The building is very new and picturesque. It is located very close to downtown Mar de Plata and also to several beaches.

Now if you're looking for a great place, comfortable, clean, house style from the ‘80s, this house is for you. For the 8 we went it was more than enough, with board games, with many books, with TV in all environments, with beautiful terrain full of flowers, a gallery to sit to have a mate and chat, to have breakfast on sunny days, 5 blocks from the sea, a few blocks from Alem and all its business, less than half a block from a huge park full of green, with the songs of the birds around you…in short, it's like meeting a warm home. Estela and Marta are very kind, Marta ready to immediately solve a topic that arose with the water, to accommodate our schedules. Undoubtedly a place we will return to when we travel again in large group. Thank you Estela, we had a few beautiful days in your home🥰

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet touches to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Plaza Mitre is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's surely the only one in Mar del Plata.

Highly recommended, the apartment is very bright and wider than what you see in the photos. They have everything you need for a stay as if you were at home. The area is nice, quiet. There are places to eat within a couple of blocks and the beach is about 6 or 7 blocks away. Sofía is very friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back.
