This place has an excellent location, fabulous views and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. It was great to have access to two outside decks with fire pits. That being said, the upper deck fire pit doesn’t produce enough flame to provide warmth for the area. Be aware that the heat/air was temperamental and the outside deck lighting was tricky to turn on. Because of these small things, I would actually give it a 4.8 if that was possible. Overall, a lovely place.

This place is a serene beautiful blessing in Mill Valley. Everything up and down the avenue was blooming and that made it all the more magical. I woke up to a beautiful oak tree in their window saying HELLO and let's enjoy this day! I also appreciated gorgeous linens and attention to detail. Not to mention how close this is to Muir Woods! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Marsha’s place was extremely unique, intentional and unlike any other Airbnb I’ve stayed in! The vintage and eclectic styling really added to the experience. It is well located in mill valley and was private, relaxing and had everything we needed for a weekend away! The kitchen and bathroom were extremely well stocked and everything was easy to use! Marsha was super accommodating and responsive and we would highly recommend this place to others and stay again ourselves!

This houseboat is cute as a button. Lois and her husband did a beautiful job renovating it. Comfortable bed, pillows, and tasteful decor. I love that it included two kayaks. Unfortunately the weather our week wasn't very kayak-friendly. But I should have expected that for February! Note that all the coffee making equipment is provided - french press, grinder, pour over filters, but not the beans. So BYOBeans!
