Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mandovi River

We had a great stay and experience! Totally worth it.

We really liked Cezar's place. It was spacious and like a traditional Goan house . Its close to beach, good restaurants and well maintained. Also Cezar left a great cafe/restaurant recommendations in the area which helped. We felt that the kitchen could be a bit more functional by adding a few more key utensils and basic masalas/tea to get one started. PS: we really appreciated the breakfast and cleaning services.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

The property is lavish and spacious, featuring a lift and elegantly designed rooms, making it ideal for Airbnb. The top room (Presidential Suite) includes a bathtub. Check-in, breakfast, toiletries, and linen were all luxurious and well maintained. The private pool was decently sized, with a larger pool just outside the villa. Located in a gated community of holiday villas, it offers safety and excellent amenities. Along with private parking, power backup, wifi etc. The location is superb, with cafes, pubs, beaches, and Anjuna/Candolim just 10 minutes away. The caretaker is efficient, and the host is excellent. He also prepared home cooked meals at a reasonable charge. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for affordable luxury.

Beautiful beautiful property. everything looks exactly like pictures. Pool was clean and so was the house and surroundings. The house care taker bhaiya was very nice and served us good breakfast 🥞🍳. Book this place whenever you are planning to visit North Goa without a doubt. Host priti was very responsive and helpful. LOVELY STAY.

Wigwam is great, really. The apartment we took for our family of 4 was spacious and veeeery comfortable. The best experience, however, was Samantha, the yoga teacher. I would follow her anywhere.

Sachin is a great host. Place is at the center with access to 5 beaches with reachabiality in 10 mints and plenty of good restaurants around. Lot of place for parking and ambient place with safe surrounding. Very helpful staff and host..😀🤩🙌🤗

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

Jatin is a great communicator. He promptly addressed all my requests. I wanted some additional appliances which Jatin promptly ordered for me. The place was always kept clean & linens changed everyday. His assistant manager Miss Geeta took care of all my immediate requests. I have booked my stay all the way till the first week of March 2024. This is the 2nd time I am renting this place & plan on doing so again. I strongly recommend renting apartments from Jatin.

This is located inside the Santana beach resort which has access to the quiet and less crowded beach in between Candolim and Sinquerium and near to shacks like Calamari. Yazu (Marquis) and Caravela (Taj Holiday) are walking distance. The experience is exactly like staying as a resort guest with all amenities available like swimming pool, Splash pool bar and Olegario restaurant. Good spread in breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous and room service is prompt. Worth the money!

It was a great stay for us. Caretaker was responsive to all our needs. Cleaning was done on time. Overall it was a positive stay for us.

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

Whether this is your first, second or fifth time in Panjim, you will not do better than staying here - it is beautiful and very comfortable. Hosts Valerio and Shefali are very helpful and friendly. It is well located - within walking distance of many restaurants and a calm beach. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay :)

I had an amazing stay at birdsong. I was there for a few days and honestly I didn’t feel like leaving the property. From the minute you walk in, you are taken care of like you would be in your own home. The staff was sweet and hospitable, making the stay very personal. The room was spacious and super comfortable. The swimming pool and its surrounding areas were perfect to spend the whole day. Lots of options of great food, to be eaten in a community/family setup which made the experience that much nicer. Tiya and her family have curated this beautiful home , which fulfils both the aesthetic and practical needs that one might have. I feel it’s important to get both right, and rarely does that happen. The art, the lighting, the furniture, all came together seamlessly…as did the trees, the birds and the 3 lovely dogs. Thank you for everything ! Hope to be back soon.

Excellent Property….Had booked this villa for group of 10 for my bachelors Party…Its very Spacious and was well maintained with Cool Interiors With Party Vibes…Had a great tym in the Pool..Overall great Experience😊

Mani and Zubin are the perfect hosts! We booked for 2 nights and the stay was amazing. Zubin cooked delicious Parsi food ie Patrani Machi and Salli Boti for us. Mani responded to all our queries very promptly and was always eager to help with local recommendations and stayed up late so that we could come from parties and settle down at late hours. Pool cum jacuzzi was clean and doggos were harmless and protective. A must try gem like home of Goa!

The hosts are super responsive prior to checkin over messages , the checkin process was so smooth and we had help with the bags too. The rooms were super clean and they offered regular cleaning too. The breakfast options are simple and super filling and taste really good too. The beach is 80-100 steps away from the Accomodation ( away from any loud late night music). This side of the beach also is super clean and good restaurant options too. Overall we had a fabulous stay and a big thank you to the hosts and their on site staff who are super friendly and easily available if anything is needed.

Enjoyed my stay here. Peaceful !
