Vacation rentals with beach access in Mandovi River

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and incredibly comfortable for both us and our fur baby. Its proximity to Benaulim Beach, as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets, made our trip even more convenient. Was helped by support staff Satyam who was hospitable and made sure everything went well. The Co-host Phil was also in touch before and during the stay and helped to quickly resolve the WiFi issue. The housekeeping timings were a bit random for our liking so making a standard schedule for it would be really helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this property.

It's an ideal place to stay in Goa... 5 minutes walk to the peaceful beach and just nearby the market where one can find ample options of eateries, shopping and groceries and the residential society is really peaceful with a clean pool to enjoy with family. There is no security issue even in night to walk to the beach as it's a residential area and there are shacks on the beach which runs till the midnight. The flat was clean and cozy with the requisite essentials and exactly the same as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 6 nights and it just felt like home. Our daughters of age 3 & 6 had a comfortable stay and we were able to cook meals for them. The hosts are really responsive and always available on call. On requests, she has also booked the cab services for pick up and drop to the airport.

This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Costas Montage Airbnb near Benaulim Beach. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. The host was very responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We really liked Cezar's place. It was spacious and like a traditional Goan house . Its close to beach, good restaurants and well maintained. Also Cezar left a great cafe/restaurant recommendations in the area which helped. We felt that the kitchen could be a bit more functional by adding a few more key utensils and basic masalas/tea to get one started. PS: we really appreciated the breakfast and cleaning services.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Best place to stay if you are partying at Vagator!

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

Sid’s apartment was delightful to stay at. It captured the true charm of Goa! The neighborhood was ideal, we really enjoyed our experience.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

Our stay at Sundarya was absolutely delightful! Meenu is a phenomenal host – kind, considerate, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond, adjusting our check-in and check-out times and providing a list of must-visit places in Goa. The location, within a beautiful and secure gated community, was perfect, complete with a stunning swimming pool. On top of that, the apartment was very well-maintained, and any unexpected issues were promptly taken care of. Angela, the caretaker, was a gem – warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. This location is perfect, close to beaches (walking distance), restaurants, and attractions. This is going to be my go-to Airbnb stay every time I come to Goa—there’s no place I’d rather be. Highly recommend staying here!

The property location is also spot-on near to the Colva beach and wonderful restaurants. The rooms were clean and provided with amenities. The balcony is spacious with a swimming pool view.
