Great stay on all fronts. Walt was very helpful and responsive, not that I needed much as everything was seamless. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty to do in walking distance. Lots of natural light and more than enough in terms of amenities and utilities. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks Walt!

Heather’s house was a clean, warm, and cozy retreat during our winter visit to Philadelphia . We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were absolute heaven as well as the water pressure in the shower! The trinity house has old world charm with perfect modern updates. The area is safe with many amazing places to eat. The only issue, as stated in the listing, was the parking. The recommended free lot was full during our stay so we used a paid lot which was easy to monitor from the parking app. The parking was a little pricey, but being in a walkable neighborhood compensated for that. Overall I would highly recommend Heather’s home as a great stay when visiting Philly.

I rented this unit for a month and couldn't have had a better experience. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet, still close enough to the city. The unit was exactly as advertised, very clean and modern, had everything for a longer stay. Dafna was also a phenomenal host, she checked in periodically and made suer I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Philly but not be directly in the downtown area of the city.

Sarah’s place was absolutely fabulous! It was walkable to visit with family, and dog friendly for Henley the 120lbs lab! Sarah was great to communicate with and provided recommendations for coffee and restaurants! The house was decorated beautifully outside and the space inside was well equipped, even for Henley! Parking was always available in front and the train station is right around the corner for heading into the City. I would highly recommend this space as we can’t wait to return!
