Monthly Rentals in Mamhead

A very relaxing stay in superb facilities. It is obvious that a great deal of thought and care has gone into developing the home. The location is excellent and very close walking distance to a variety of amenities ( shops, pharmacy, two pubs, railway station, ferry to Exmouth). Hope ghly recommended.

The location is perfect for the town and beaches. Beautifully clean and cosy. Even had a cream tea along with a pint of milk on arrival which was lovely. Would definitely recommend and will return with no hesitation. Thanks Marianne!

Caroline’s “Cosy Home” was in the perfect location and had everything needed for an extended stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. I felt completely at home. I was greeted by Caroline’s lovely mom upon arrival. She made me feel very welcomed. Caroline was friendly, helpful and quickly responded to any questions and/or needs. Some basic foodstuffs, flowers and a bottle of wine were in the apartment which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

Booked super last minute and Angus was able to host. Cosy, warm, lovely. My fault entirely for not checking (I booked very last minute) but there is no hob or microwave or any cooking facilities apart from a kettle and a fridge and cutlery. There’s an aldi nearby and lots of pubs and restaurants (had a lovely steak at the passage house inn) Really lovely place to base yourself to explore Topsham and beyond. Really thankful!
