Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

Very good apartment, all new, ocean view, has housekeeping service every day. The building has all the amenities in good condition and with impeccable maintenance. It is a two-bedroom apartment, it is equipped for 3 people as indicated in the listing. We had a great stay, I would definitely come back! Best regards

Tiana gave us all the coordinates to enter the building, on the day we arrived ended up having a problem with the parking ratchet, then we need to enter to register the sign again and in the end it was a problem with the turnstiles… apart from that, the whole stay was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, the condominium is wonderful and it is located on top of a mall (where you find everything you need). We'll be back for sure! And Punta is charming, we recommend with your eyes closed 💛

It really was the best Airbnb I've ever seen so far! The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. The building staff is very friendly, check-in is super easy and fast. The area is VERY nice!! I would definitely come back! Thank you very much Nicolas for being such a good host and being available responding instantly, although it was not necessary to get in touch because the stay was excellent, I knew they were available 24/7. This place is 100% recommended!

The dpto had everything you need for an optimal stay. We went as a family (6 in total) and we were comfortable. Pablo the host a 10 always aware and even allowed us to retire later in order to travel quietly. The re building near the beach and with many amenities to take advantage, beautiful patio, indoor and outdoor heated battery and children's playroom. Super friendly staff and everything is always clean. Hopefully we can come back soon. Regards and thank you!!

My experience was just amazing! The site is stunning, with a breathtaking view and an atmosphere that conveys peace and exclusivity. The space is extremely comfortable, well taken care and planned to provide a cozy and relaxing stay. Also, the hostess deserves a special highlight! Always attentive, helpful and careful with every detail, made my stay even more special. His hospitality made all the difference, making the atmosphere welcoming and making everything even more perfect. My experience in this home was excellent. The apartment was spotless and very easy to enter the complex with all the instructions indicated. Alejandra was very friendly and was always available for any questions. Totally recommended!

The apartment is just as the published photos, very comfortable, with a delicious aroma just like the whole building. One of the nicest and quietest areas of Punta. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend and I will surely be coming back.

The house is beautiful , super comfortable and very well equipped . We were 8 people and I had everything you need and more . The complex is very complete , with lots of activities for the kids . Both the complex and above all the house were spotless . Housekeeping is daily . The pool of the house is a plus without a doubt . After a few days of rain came the sink and gardener and they left the garden and pool spotless . We will definitely be back ..

We loved the house, it's even more spacious than what you see in the photos. We had a beautiful few days. The jacuzzi is spectacular, available to use whenever you want, even on rainy days. It also has a very usable gallery and grill. Laura was always attentive to what we needed.

Loving Daniel and wife. The house is super comfortable, the pool and grill with a spectacular view. The only comment is that one of the bathrooms has a construction defect and with wind there can be an ugly smell. Super recommended!
