Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Nick was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was really good and free of clutter. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

I had a fantastic stay. This host was very responsive, greeted me upon arrival showed me around the apartment etc. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities one needs when traveling. I would highly recommend a stay! Regards, Chris

The accomodation is very comfortable, clean and newly furnished. There's everything you need for a few days stay in Colombo. Ranil is always been kind and responsive. Moving around the city is extremely easy, we found this location a great spot especially for running between one errand and another in the capital city. Definitely recommended.

Never have I booked a place that looked so true to the photos! The interior design is beautiful, and the place felt incredibly clean. As described, by others, the AC is powerful and upon reflection, the best I experienced in all of Sri Lanka. The host/building management were very responsive if I needed anything- even a last minute early check in request. Overall, it was everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend!

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. Stayed here for a few days before we flew out. Gayan was extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. There was an issue with the front door lock, and Gayan had it resolved within a few hours even before we raised it with him. Gayan ensured we had a peaceful stay and was constantly checking up on us. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to find. The place has all the amenities a weary traveler needs and I would highly recommend the place We look forward to staying here the next time we're in town.

Great apartment by the beach in mount lavinia. Some good restaurants and bars nearby. The view is great, the apartment was clean and very well kept. Joseph, who is managing the property, has been incredibly helpful and kind, and agreed to let us keep our luggage after check in as our flight was late in the evening. Totally recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and well appointed apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Colombo surrounded by best restaurants and star class hotels. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Sri Lanka and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful house , the photos don’t do enough justice. It was very clean and the host was very accessible for anything we needed during our stay. Would recommend staying here as it’s like staying in a hotel. They have good security and it being a new building it also has a pool upstairs with a beautiful view.

Peaceful, relaxing, and very secure place to unwind with family. Communication with the host was easy and the apartment itself has everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and made good use of the gym.

We had a wonderful stay at Prasana’s place! The entire place was exactly like the pictures and the amenities listed were all available. The location was convenient as well with supermarkets and the mall close by. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and we had a comfortable stay. It felt like home away from home! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back together.

We had a wonderful stay at Nihal's place in Maharagama! Nihal and his wife are incredibly kind-hearted and helpful hosts, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. The house is situated in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby amenities. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for both short and long vacations. the apartment was clean comfortable home and very welcoming the air-conditioning amazing and Shyamala so nice and ready to help the building has a small supermarket and a lovely pool we loved it!

We three guests were awestruck by the lavish lifts, brightly lit corridors, fresh and scented entrance to the suite. The immediate feeling a being welcomed, and entrusted to leave in such an immaculate condition.Tasteful choice of well constructed and comfortable chairs, tables, settees etc. fitted our needs perfectly. The kitchen had every conceivable item to please any chef, albeit, we ate out all the surrounding 5* restaurants. Noel left us a bottle of Chateau-neuf-du-Pape, which we will savour at home, but which was a measure of Noel's abounding generosity.Both double bedooms had pleanty of hanging and stowage space, and both had superb en suite shower and ours had choice of bath and or separate shower. Heavenly!!!Halfway through our stay, Indica and an assistant spent 3 whole hours polishing and cleaning, which shows how much care is placed in the overall stunning appearance of the luxury suite, named Sofia! Colombo is now "World Class" and we mean to return soon!

The Place is really great and it's the same as shown in the picture. Host response is very good. Beach is very close and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place.

Kenodh’s apartment at Petersen Tower, Havelock City was excellent accommodation for our 2 night stay in Colombo 7-9 January 2025. The apartment was clean and tidy with generous sized rooms. Pool & gym on site. Apartment has lots of space for families of 4 or more. We were family of 3 adults. Location was perfect as we were travelling with friends who were staying with family in a nearby tower in the Havelock complex. Havelock Mall was walking distance from Petersen Tower where we had access to restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping. Kenodh was a very good host with prompt and responsive communication at all stages pre, during and post stay. The check in instructions were straightforward & clear. We contacted Kenodh’s local agent Thusitha for key handover. Thusitha was easy to deal with & flexible with handover time. He gave us a tour of the apartment so we knew how everything operated. We highly recommend this property, host & agent & would happily stay here again when in Colombo

Highly recommend staying at Silmiya’s place. The apartment and the block it’s situated in js stunning. The view from the apartment over the Lotus Tower makes the experience more beautiful and magical, especially when it’s lit up at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Essential items were provided to make it a home away from home. Silmiya is an excellent and responsive host.
