Excellent apartment, everything was as described and what was shown in the pictures. Was actually better than what the pictures show, everything was great. Other than getting lost thanks to GPS intermittent the building was easy to find. The apartment was in a great location, quiet all the time, walkable to many locations, there is a good size grocery store down the road, about 10 minute walk, but you can get everything you need there, including fresh crawfish, lol. There are no complaints with the apartment, the location or anything, Svitlana was awesome with assistance when it was needed. Replies were within minutes, even some odd ball ones that I had. The apartment is a studio, dont try to get a bunch of people in it. Perfect for 1 or 2 people, enclosed balcony over looking the city, great spot to be at sunset. If you get the chance to go to Ukraine, this is a great option to stay at. Not to far from city center, everything is within walking distance.

The stay in the apartment was impeccable. I checked in through a mini safe, which was very convenient. On the territory of the residential complex there is a lake and recreation areas, a very pleasant place. Anna gave all the instructions and helped during check-in and accommodation, she was always in touch with me. The apartment is cozy, warm, all appliances worked without problems. Thank you for providing this apartment.

Wonderful apartment with its own character, excellent communication. The location is quite convenient, shops, metro, large park — nearby. I hope to have a chance to stay in this extremely cozy place!
