It was a very quick stay just to wait for another flight to connect, but we really wanted to come back and stay longer. I chose Copan because I always wanted to enter one of the apartments in the building that I still didn't know and loved it. We were greeted with a beautiful sunset. Pol and staff give all the necessary instructions and information in detail, plus many tips on what to do in the surroundings and in the center of SP, I would definitely go back and recommend!

Beautiful place, the house is extremely cozy, the space is amazing, the beds are very comfortable, I only recommend putting lighting on the outside of the house because the night gets extremely dark and provides garbage bags but otherwise everything was amazing!

The house is spectacular: wide, extremely comfortable, really well furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The care and attention to detail in each space is evident. Host was impeccable, always available, polite and quick to answer, ensuring a quiet stay without any concern. The condo is very good, very safe and with leisure options that please the whole family. My son loved the experience of fishing on the lake. A perfect place to rest and enjoy. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed at Luiz and Hamina's house this weekend, and it was wonderful! From the beginning of the stay, to the end, we had the support of hosts, always very attentive! A beautiful condominium, very well cared for and a lot of tranquility. The house very well cared for, clean, smelling, with a wonderful spa. We soon want to return to this place, to stay at Luiz and Hamina's house! I recommend it to everyone! You'll want to come back, just like me and my family!

The place is much better than the photos show, I confess that I was expecting little, but the place delivered everything and much more, great barbecue, swimming pool looks small in the pictures, but in person it is huge and wonderful the grassy area is huge and to a river that is a spectacular part, a spectacular view, every day we were left the ducks came to give us good day and ask for bread, our pet pissed on the lawn, ran so much that sometimes we went to look and she was passed out on the floor while sleeping kkkk, we spent the end of the year and we had 15 minutes of fireworks, not even in the city had ever seen so beautiful. The house is small, but nothing that gets in the way, for small groups is sensational, we were in 3 adults, 1 8-year-old, a 1 and a half year baby and a pet, so it was great, it was very hot, it was very hot, there was a lack of a ventilator in the place, hint, if warm, light. Extremely attentive Raquel, always responding quickly, was totally flexible at the entrance and on the way out, accepted our pet, it was wonderful.

Our stay was wonderful! Since the first communications with Carolina, we have always had attention and a sense of hospitality. At our entrance we were surprised with a delicious cake. The housekeeper's family is amazing, very friendly and attentive, they brought us fruit from the place and gave us several recommendations of what to do, helping us also when we went (try) to fish. On one of the days, there was a problem with the energy, but they solved so efficiently that it did not impact our stay and detail, the problem was not in the house but was external, but even so, they quickly resolved to solve the case. The house is very spacious, well-equipped and for sure, I intend to come back more often!

Beautiful, spacious and tidy house with good space and very well organized, with Martha proving to be very available with the doubts from the beginning. What makes the experience exceptional are the homemade Jorge and Dulce cook. considerate, gentle and excellent at what they do. They took great care of us during the stay. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, beautiful and super modern , the view is awesome , and it is right of the lad of the Bás subway station, and the apt extremely clean ! Host Itamar quickly responds to messages and is super attentive! The condominium is very beautiful , just need to improve the issue of the guest entrance, because every time we wanted to enter it was a delay . Of the rest nothing to complain , I will come back more often for sure :)

hannah and bia were wonderful hosts and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! the place was super clean, the pool was cool, and everyone was very nice! Bia even caught a big butterfly that flew into my room for me so I couldn’t give this place any less than 5 stars!!

I went to SP to watch a show at Allianz, and Maria and her husband were wonderful to me, so receptive, educated and patient. It was a short stay, but I will remember with great affection and happiness, as they are wonderful and good people who have helped me at such an important time in my life. Of course, I will think about returning when I go to SP. Thank you for everything!

The place has a beautiful view, the shower is exceptional looks like a waterfall. 😍 The location is extremely secure, regardless of time. I felt welcomed and as much as the external environment was shared, I also managed to have privacy. The building itself is very quiet, I would even live. I loved it a lot, it was the best choice I could make to spend my quiet vacation days.

It's a great value! The girls are attentive, the space has cameras to secure our belongings, since it is a shared airbnb, the bathroom is great and the room is as described. I used the building space for remote work a lot and it was great! They have a mini grocery store in the building to break a branch and the gym is great too! Thanks for your kindness and for being a good host, girls!

I felt at home, everything clean and organized, shower with great pressure and hot water, clear and well-defined instructions. I recommend and would stay again.

Functional Studio providing with comfort the basic needs for everyday life, from a short stay to longer, as was mine (30 days). Condomínio with great dependencies for study, practice of physical activities, leisure, clean and organized, with good laundry. Great location and effective flow control system through facial recognition, minimizing the risks inherent to the central location of SP. It has a great range of services in the surroundings, at good cost. I recommend temporary rental.

Adria a great host, the most attentive and generous we have ever seen! The condominium is delicious, super complete, it looks like a resort! Easy access for shopping in the center of the city, it is in the mouth of the “GOL” in front of the metro station!
