I had a wonderful stay at Gold City in Alanya. The 2+1 apartment I rented was comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable for the quality and amenities provided. Mr. Ferdi, the host, was always in touch and incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Alanya!

This place looks better than it does in the photos! Ahmet was very communicative and helpful. Even though we didn't arrive at the flat until 1am Ahmet was waiting to hear from us if everything was ok. The flat has a shared pool for a total of 8 flats, but there were no other guests during our stay so we actually had a private pool! I would highly recommend this place. When I visit Alanya again I will definitely choose this flat again.

Cheers to all 👋🏻 Great apartment, 10 minutes from the bus station, new furniture, spacious living room, large balconies, windows to the sunny side. Everything was very pleasant, the host is responsive, helped with everything!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But there are nuances that I would like to mention 1. They paid separately for electricity, $15 for 15 days, with air conditioners would be $30-50 😬 and without them the apartment is very cool 2. on days without sun, everywhere except the bathroom there is no hot water 3. The shower is not very pleasant, it leaked once again, the apartment is 10/10, but just in case I mentioned 🙏🏻

One of the best experiences in all 10 years of using the service. The place is exactly as described. There is a gym, sauna and jacuzzi downstairs. The host is very cool, punctual, responsible, decent and polite. I would definitely recommend it. Want to come here for a long time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bulat's Airbnb in Alanya, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The apartment was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was Bulat's exceptional hospitality. The communication with him was excellent; he was always quick to respond and very friendly, making the entire process seamless. The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Demet's place. He's been an incredible host. Always ready to help, gave advice, helped with practical information, and responds quickly to messages. The place was nice, the view amazing and we enjoyed the pool. A small minus was the noise from the road that we hadn't thought of would be so loud. But, the view, the beach, and everything else outweighed it. An improvement we would suggest will be blackout curtains in the living room as now the home has a sofa bed in the living room. We would worth a time to recommend a stay with Demet.

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.
