Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mahmutlar

Thank you to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip being giving our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a paradise week we have nothing to complain about

We loved it! It was the most cozy and pleasant apartment I lived in. Thank you separately to the host, who helped out many times, helped and was very responsive. The apartment is 10/10! Very clean, there is a courtyard, everything important is close. I'm 100% satisfied

Tunahan was easy to get in touch with. When the tube was finished, it made its replacement. The view from the house was beautiful. The air conditioners in the living room and one bedroom made us stay comfortable. If I go to Alanya again, it will be my first place to stay.

The location of the house is very good right across from the supermarket and pharmacy. The house is no different than the photos. The nice useful pool is great. It can be a problem for those who can't swim just because of the height of the pool. I think its height is around 180cm. Every item that can be used in the house has been considered. There is no sunbeds on the beach. It can be rented from hotels a little ahead. The host was very caring and very polite. Our only problem was the showers upstairs with little water. It was flowing like a rope. We two families left very happy. Thank you very much

We are a family of six and spent three weeks there. The communication in advance was very good, Seda was easily accessible at all times and always friendly. The house is quietly located, nicely designed and well equipped. We would definitely recommend the house.

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!

The house is as described, nicely spacious and the surroundings very quiet. The hosts have been very eager and always easily accessible. We especially liked the fact that we were allowed to enter the villa before check-in time. Thank you for the stay and that everything worked out so quickly
