Lisa's place was great, had everything we needed as a group of colleagues staying on a work trip. Comfortable, in a nice quiet location. Recommended to anyone looking to stay.

We had 3 families spanning 3 generations to celebrate Xmas. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. With 3 bathrooms, there were no issues using all 3 showers at once. Still plenty of pressure, never ran out of hot water. plenty of space to spread out, it was great to migrate from inside to outside to the pool, to the pool room and repeat in reverse! Would thoroughly recommend!

From the moment we arrived at Lilac House, we felt right at home. The space was open and inviting. The house had ample amenities and is perfect for an island getaway. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive to messages in the lead up and during our stay Thanks Kylie 🏝

Beautiful big back yard for my fur babies. Nice and spacious. Had everything you could need. Loved having the two bathrooms. Great location, close to the main shops. Comfortable beds. Had a fantastic stay. Thank you ☺️

From the start I was impressed by the fresh fruits and water on the kitchen counter, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The lockbox with instructions made the self check-in process flexible and stress-free. During my stay there were plenty of cleaning supplies to help keep the place clean during my month long stay. There were basic cooking oil and spices which were simple but important things when you want to cook. Unfortunately severe rain and flood in Townsville caused the airport to shut and my flight delayed for a few days. Thankfully Lisa and Ben allowed me to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances and I truly appreciate that 🙏 This is one of my most satisfied Airbnb stay over the 10+ years I’ve used Airbnb, and I would highly recommend Lisa and Ben as great hosts and people.

Carolynn was very helpful and responsive to our needs right from the first communication to after we left. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, well located and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Townsville.

It was a wonderful stay for our first holiday in Townsville,QLD. I highly recommend choosing this place to stay as it is definitely one that i would return to when coming back here.

This is a neat and comfortable home away from home in a quiet Wulguru backstreet. It is part of an older style duplex but the inside is modern and clean, with fabulous security including sensor lights. Parking is undercover and at the front door. The kitchen was great and fully equipped and stocked with all the little bits you will need. In fact, it is been the best I’ve experienced in this regard! There was even a packet of Tim Tams in the fridge 😊 The beds were comfortable with blockout curtains and lots of windows for natural light. The bathroom was compact but modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The laundry was in a separate area at the back with access to a huge yard, clothes line and outdoor seating area with shade sail. The couch is ok, and could have allowed for more seating and been a little more supportive (but still comfortable enough.) The location is a little removed from the city, but its close proximity to the ring road made for easy access by car.

We really enjoyed our time at Leah’s. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Townsville. It was very comfortable and private.

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views. All amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. A cot was setup ready for our baby. Very minor note, the Wi-Fi across Bright Point is ok, but it can be unreliable, particularly in the evenings.

This place was great to stay, just a single room with ensuite, perfect for what my friend and I had planned. Quiet place perfect to nap at between activities. Julie-Ann and Sam were very welcoming and accommodating. So close to everything, we scootered and walked everywhere.

This was our first time staying on the island for my partners birthday, we’ve both been working a lot of hours and needed a little break. The canopy was very clean and had everything you needed, and it was in a great spot very close to the ferry terminal / shops and bus stops and in a more secluded location which was great, very peaceful and relaxing exactly what we were hoping for, the pool was amazing as well, we’ll definitely be back 😍
