Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Queensland

Great place to stay for a family. The heated pool was a great temperature and it was just down a right of way to the beach. 3 bedrooms are in one area (queen, 2 singles, single plus trundle) and the master plus ensuite is down another corridor. Secure yard for kids to run around with some beach toys and balls left in the carport. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay! The residence was sparkling clean and well appointed; the yard was very secure for my dog and quite private. The back verandah was a great place to relax and my dog loved it too. We could walk to the closest dog off leash beach and everywhere else was an easy drive. Super quiet neighbourhood so our stay was very relaxing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day of competing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our 3 days stay. The bedrooms were equally comfortable. One of the standout features was the beautiful large balcony which accommodated all our guests. Overall, this property was absolutely perfect for our trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

We were very comfortable staying at Tanya’s place. Fabulously comfortable beds with beautiful linen. We had everything we needed and the heating worked well to warm us on those cold western Queensland mornings and nights.

Big space , cleaned and maintained well . Near to the service stations and other shops ( which was so convenient) . Quick response by owner when needed . 5 mint drive away theme park . What a location! Walk to beach and coffee. Hike Mt Coolum and cool off in the pool. Space for the teenagers and little kids. A great family holiday house

The place was exactly what we expected. Great location, great community pool, nice people around. Cairns is not big, so you are super close to the centre anyways. Would definitely book it again! Stay there if you can

My second visit to Patrick’s’ delightful, clean, peaceful, courteous airb&b. The bayside location is perfect for Brisbane if you’re looking for peace and fresh sea air. I just love this place and will be booking again next year when I return to visit my daughter and her family in Brisbane. A real home from home. Absolutely 5 🌟

Our family loved staying at Murilo and Virginias apartment. It was everything we needed for a family of 6. The resort facilities were great for kids, the resort cafe was delicious and so close to all the fun the Gold Coast has to offer. The little extras they added were the cherry on top! The apartment was lovely and clean with easy access to shops and restaurants. We loved that it had its own parking and was close to the bus which we used quite a lot. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the bay and restaurants, shopping centre and the train station across the road. We would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

Great location. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Direct access to pool and spa proved very convenient. BBQ area very clean and user friendly. Apartment was well set out, all appliances worked well and the apartment was clean and inviting. Maybe a little less clutter in the walk in robe would prove to be more convenient. Manager Kim was extremely helpful. Met us at the unit late in the evening. All requests explained clearly. We had a very comfortable stay. We would happily book again and recommend Andrews apartment without hesitation. Definitely good value. Thankyou.

Glenn was very responsive and valet check-in was easy! Our flight was unfortunately diverted to Brisbane and Glenn was kind enough to be flexible with us considering the circumstances. The place was incredible clean! Thank you!

Rachael's apartment was delightful to stay. Very welcoming and well appointed. Everything at hand for a comfortable stay. Surroundings beautiful with great balconies to relax and the pool to chill at. super location for walking to coffee stops and restaurants and my favourite Pilates studio across the road. We will hope to stay again.

Lovely little place, well designed, tasteful and very clean and everything you could possibly need is within a 10 minute walk, including the beach. Really liked it and Karina was a great host!

Amazing place! Clean, right in front of Surfer's Paradise Beach, nice pool/spa and sauna and most importantly breathtaking view of the ocean ❤️ Loved the huge shower head as well and soft towels!

We stayed here for a month during the summer holidays, it was beautiful, this apartment has everything you need, it's close to the beach and shops. Angela is very helpful and friendly.

Loved staying here. It is directly across the road from a shopping centre & is still in a nice quiet location. Easy to get to & is in a beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again.
