Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maggia

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

There were three of us on vacation with a dog in this beautiful apartment and we couldn't have met it better. The apartment has a magnificent view and is in the sunshine from morning to evening. A cozy place with soul. Simply fantastically beautiful. Elisabetta & Mattia were great hosts, with great tips on the surroundings. We recovered superbly and had feelings of spring over New Year's Eve thanks to the great location & pure sun. Clear recommendation!

Paul and Silvia's Airbnb is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms work very well, and the four bedrooms are comfortable. The living area upstairs along with the patio have incredible views too and plenty of space for four climbers going to Brione and Chironico. I highly recommend it. The internet speed/connection leaves something to be desired though.

Emanuela and Thomas welcomed us to their home for a weekend away. The accommodation is very functional, clean and charming. Emanuela and Thomas were very responsive and very kind during our stay. We will be back!

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We all felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of cleanliness and convenience contributed to a pleasant experience for everyone.

Our stay at Sveva’s place was fantastic. She was always responsive, the loft was as described and she was very helpful with local recommendations. Its location is perfect to be able to walk in all directions but specifically to the lake (10-20 minutes depending on pace). It was very clean, upgraded and modern and would highly recommend.

Very good stay in the apartment which is very pleasant to live in and in which there is everything for a great stay. Very available and responsive host. The accommodation is very well located and allows access to the center and the lake on foot.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

The view is breathtaking, the location is fantastic, and Annamaria was wonderful. We had a lovely stay!

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Huge favorite for Alessio's condo. Nestled on a mountainside, with a breathtaking view of the city and the lake. The sunset view on the balcony completely charmed us. Communication with Alessio was excellent. Luxury condo, super clean and very well equipped. We recommend it without hesitation!

There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. We had a great time at Mario's place. The apartment was great for our family (2 adults 2 children and 1 baby) Check-in with the lockbox (as we were arriving very late) was very convenient. We were able to meet Mario the next morning. He explained how the shuttles work on the lake. He gave us good places to eat/shop and/or order for delivery in the evening. Mario is a very available and accommodating host. The apartment is true to the listing and very clean. We highly recommend Mario and his apartment!
