Monthly Rentals in Madridejos

Cher & Bob (CB) are amazing hosts, went out of their way (figuratively & literally) to ensure we had wonderful stay. Not enough space 2 detail all they did 4 us (and hesitant to raise future guests' expectations), but in all my years on Abnb, I can't remember hosts as kind and helpful. Not only were we treated like exalted guests, entire time felt like we were visiting old friends. Location is great - you can walk to a sundries shop next door and easily get taxi to/from Santa Fe (SF) or Bantayan Town (BT), BT market is best for fresh food. For beach time, you'll want to go to SF; despite Cher's beautiful ocean views, her beach is not exactly suitable for swimming. OTOH, steady east coast breeze = little need for AC and no mosquitos, which is not the case on the south coast. Translucent curtains, bring eye mask if you want to sleep later than sunrise. We stayed a cheaper place on south side but considering all CB did for us + convenient location, I think it's a good value, will return!

A hidden gem in Bantayan Island! David's place offers the perfect balance of modern comfort and peaceful island living. The accommodation is beautifully designed with contemporary touches, and all amenities worked flawlessly - from the reliable air conditioning (a must in the Philippines!) to the strong WiFi connection. What sets this place apart is its strategic location. While you're away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, allowing for peaceful nights and relaxing mornings, you're still close enough to easily access all the island's attractions and dining spots. David himself was an exceptional host. His quick responses and genuine care for his guests' comfort made the stay even more enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in providing a great experience for his visitors. The property offers excellent value for money, providing all the comforts you need for a wonderful island stay. I particularly appreciated the clean, modern space that served as a perfect retreat after days

We were picked up/dropped off at Bantayan port by John, who was extremely helpful during our stay. Stellan's place is located a 5 minute walk from Sugar beach which has tons of restaurants and pubs. The place is a nice little one bedroom apartment that was fully stocked with all of the cooking tools needed and a midsized fridge. There was a slight problem with the internet but Stellan sorted it out quickly and I was easily able to complete my work assignments while enjoying the stay. We'll be back for sure!

Michael and his family are charming hosts. There are cooking areas for each of the houses and if you order before they also provide breakfast and dinner. In this very moment I am watching the cats in the garden out of my hammock loosing track of time each day a little more. Maybe that is what they call "breaking the cycle"...
