Monthly Rentals in Madison

A fantastic apartment in a great location with everything you need for a longer stay. The unit is updated and cozy, and was the perfect place for us to spend a month in Madison. On a quiet street with plenty of parking but close to restaurants, a grocery store, Tennyson Park, and the capitol square. As noted in the listing, it’s an older house so you’ll definitely hear the upstairs neighbors from time to time (mostly in the evenings), but as long as that doesn’t bother you this is a perfect place to stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing month-long stay at Teresa and David's Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Teresa and David were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, and their thoughtful touches made our experience truly exceptional. My wife, newborn and I had a great time staying at Kimberly’s for about a month (had a gap between our leases)! We would definitely recommend and would love to return! We loved going on walks around the beautiful Atwood neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but has a lot to do! It’s right by the Olbrich Botanical Gardens, Garver Feed Mill (event venue and restaurants), and Olbrich Park / beer garden. It’s also right down the block from our favorite pizza place in Madison, Glass Nickel! The place itself is extremely cozy! It’s pretty small, but a great fit for 2-3 people! When it wasn’t too hot out, we loved sitting out on the enclosed porch to have our morning coffee. Kim was super friendly and responsive! Street parking is pretty easy to come by except at school pickup/drop off times (there is a school right across the street). In this case just have to park a block away. There is no laundry at the bnb, but East Wash Laundry is a great nearby place to do laundry.

We rented this apartment for 4.5 months. We could not have been any more satisfied- absolutely loved our stay. It’s a lovely apartment with an amazing kitchen. There were bonuses we didn’t expect such as a no cost washing machine and dryer for our use, which were in tip top condition, and a basement storage space for our suitcases, boxes and winter clothes. All of the physical amenities were top notch. And then add to that our hosts. They were shocking, in the best possible way, in terms of their care and attentiveness. We usually had a response to texts in under 10 minutes, and they were extremely apologetic if they couldn’t solve a problem the same day. For example, the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be changed when we arrived. The hosts were SO apologetic and seemed disappointed in themselves that they couldn’t remedy the situation until the next day. These hosts were absolutely 100% THE BEST! Anyone should jump at the chance to rent it. And you should treat it well!!
