What a gem of a find in a small town in the Oaxaca valley. If you want natural beauty, peace and quiet and a great rate, this is a fine choice. The outdoor patio with its beautiful kitchen and dining table are just fabulous. This would be a great place for a gathering of friends in privacy. I needed to be near the northern edge of Guelace for personal business, so this location was perfect for me.

Chamin’s place is a hidden jewel in Oaxaca. Location is perfect with easy access to explore Teotitlán, Tlacolula, Mitla, el Tule, and yet just 30 minutes from downtown Oaxaca. The house has a very inviting porch with a hammock to spend the afternoons. The place was impeccably clean and the area is safe. There’s a delicious Italian restaurant a few meters away. Plus Chamin is the perfect host, felt like leaving a friend behind. Gracias por todo!

Manuel and his family are lovely. The Farm Stay was exactly what we expected: rustic, peaceful, and traditional. Manuel's wife was very welcoming when we arrived and made us feel right at home.
