Junior was really one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. Not overbearing, yet always available when needed. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely comfortable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the little touches that made my stay extra special. Junior's attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. He provided great recommendations for local spots and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Communication was seamless, and he was always quick to respond to any questions. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares about his guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere, Junior is the one. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend him to anyone!

One of the very best places I’ve stayed in my many stays as a traveling teacher. Fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, private outdoor patio, a real studio apartment—I stayed for six weeks, and it felt like a home. I stayed alone but the space and comfortable, nicely firm queen bed could easily accommodate a couple. Guy was super responsive and proactive, including replacing towels weekly and keeping the walkway snow cleared after storms, but also completely respected my privacy. Plenty of storage in the closet and two bedside dressers. Safe, quiet residential neighborhood with reliable on-street parking, a 5 min drive from groceries, restaurants, and every imaginable amenity. Super clean bathroom with a great shower. I can’t imagine a better AirBnB experience—so much nicer than the basements or bedrooms in someone’s house where I’ve previously stayed in this area! Can’t recommend Guy’s place strongly enough, especially if you are planning an extended stay.

Nice, newer feeling, clean, comfortable accommodations. Basement apartments seem pretty common in the area, and this one had a well appointed kitchen, living area, decent storage, and nice bathroom. Pretty much ticked all the boxes. Less than 15 minutes from Valley Stream station, we easily took the train into Manhattan and Brooklyn (with transfers to the subway) multiple times. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay. We needed something comfortable for our family on short notice and really lucked into this spot. Spacious, clean, secure, and perfect location for our purposes. Shad was friendly and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
