Pier Paolo's father was very nice driving us to the bridge and crossed with us to give us the key, very attentive of his part. Everything was cleaned and the place was spacious for two. Pier Paolo's father provided us with options to eat dinner and told us we needed to reserve with anticipation. Our experience was incredible :)

This is one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Italy. The house is so beautiful and quiet, recently restored, fresh with an amazing garden with vegetables and a table under cherry trees in eh I’ve e would have breakfast or dinner. Heather was simply amazing, offering valuable information that helped us enojoy even more visiting Lubriano and surroundings. She even helped us get a reservation at Vecchio Mulino!! It was beautiful to experience Lazio and it’s quiet softness and ancient beauty. I would definitely come back!! The pictures don’t even start to show the beauty and the great energy of this house!

The house is huge, there was enough space for our big family of seven. Everything was perfect, Emi and her husband were patiently waiting for us, greeted us very warmly and gave all necessary instructions. The house is surrounded by a very wide private territory, we did not see or hear the neighbors. We are very grateful for the hosts' hospitality and friendliness. But one should mind, that in spite of the fact that there are 2 bathrooms, it is not possible to take a shower in both of them simultaneously, because of the low water pressure: it means, that if someone is bathing in the bathroom on the ground floor, there is no water in the shower on the upper floor. It is announced in the description of the property that the heating should be paid afterwards, but it would be more convenient to know beforehand an approximate sum or even better to include the price of the heating to the price of the booking. We were surprised that it cost us 120 euros for 7 nights.
