Monthly Rentals in Lower Portobello

We had a great time in Paula’s place. It is a great location as we plan to visit the royal albatross center and OPERA penguins conservation which are only 15 minutes away. The view is very beautiful. We can see both the beach and beautiful green fields with lots of sheep. We also met two very friendly cats and get to feed a group of very friendly sheep which are very fun and is the highlight of our visit. Paula and her husband are also very friendly and welcome us very well. Overall we highly recommend the place.

Beautiful modern house away from the city, great price and very clean, great heating for winter, would recommend and definitely coming back in future trip to dunedin, recommend for someone who’s on a trip with a car or their own transport, it was perfect :)

Having just moved out of our house this was the perfect spot to recharge our batteries. Great views, felt rural but only 20 minutes from town. The space was bijou, but met all of our needs and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s place. The apartment was pretty quirky and you could find a gem in every corner. Everything was clean and tidy and the bus station was right down the road. Kerry quickly answered and gave us a warm welcome.
