Vacation rentals with a pool in Lower Matecumbe Key

Beautiful 2nd story home with plenty of seating, adequate room for 6 guests if needed, with every kitchen convenience you could imagine. Spent days relaxing in the pool when not out enjoying activities in the ocean. Neighborhood was relatively quiet and backyard pool area felt secluded and enjoyable. Could hear occasional airplanes coming and going from nearby airport but it was not a bother. Read several books during our stay while we basked in the sun. All items in home were in excellent working order. Spent a couple of days in Key West which was a beautiful drive and only took a little over an hour. Highly recommended accommodations!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Stu’s place was not only beautiful but it had all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. It truly was a home away from home. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Loved it! Stu was extremely easy to communicate with.

A pleasure to stay. Sean was fast and helpful with any questions. The heated hot tub was well utilized. Plentiful towels and everything we could need to enjoy a three day celebration. Thanks for making my 50th birthday one to remember.

We had a great time! House was beautiful and set up perfect for a relaxing week. Pool, pool area, and dock is were we spent most of our time. Kayaks and paddleboards were a nice treat to just simply paddle out of the canal and into the Atlantic shallows. This house has lots of space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Any issues/concerns that we had were communicated and addressed promptly. Beds were comfortable which is very important to us. Poor sleep equals a bad week. Another important thing for us is the shower. Showers were clean and had great water pressure. Kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We used the stove, oven and grill everyday. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had six adults in our group and the house was a perfect location to go out fishing or to the beach. The house was well stocked and with plenty of linens and beach towels. We rented a boat for three days from Tropical boat rentals and the canal location made fishing super easy. Access to the ocean or the bay was convenient. We even caught several fish in the canal. We saw manatees, sharks, manna rays and tons of fish while enjoying the swimming pool. We can’t wait to make a return trip.

We had a great week at Mike’s place and appreciate him kindly accommodating our stay last minute. The house & property is so beautiful, everything looks brand new and was extremely clean. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and lying by the pool. The house has all amenities needed to cook meals, including an air fryer, toaster and also a blender for frozen drinks. Pool supplies are well stocked, as well as beach chairs. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!

This was my second time staying at gulf coast oasis, and it was amazing again. You can tell that the owners take great care of the house and property, and they are super responsive and reach out proactively. It’s a fantastic location in Marathon which is central to restaurants and local activities. The house itself is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. It’s secluded/fully fenced, has tons of amenities (heated pool, putting green, kayaks, bikes, grill, fire pit, comfy indoor and outdoor seating). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need like a Keurig and kcups, pans and gadgets and utensils for cooking, loads of spices. Memory foam beds are comfy. They have extra little touches throughout like toiletries, games, fans, tons of beach towels, pool toys. We saw manatees in the canal, birds and lizards around the property. I can’t say enough good things about this house. My group included 2 couples and 2 dogs. We were comfortable, relaxed, and had a fun stay.

This was the perfect spot for a nice getaway in the Keys! The check-in process was seamless and everything was super clean. The condo was located in a private, quiet area but still close to all the local restaurants. 10/10 Highly recommend!!!

Lovely stay at popular condo property. Propane heated pool 82-83° with lush, well maintained tropical landscaping. Pleasant shoreline with large grit sand; rental kayaks can be delivered; handsome boats to watch launch. Well stocked kitchen including good knives and pans; clean furnishings; very firm bed; amply wide shower; blackout curtains; convenient to stairs; considerate neighbors; exactly as listed; good distance to harbor so that fishing boats leaving at 5am don't disturb sleep, as they have other places. Absolutely five stars.

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It lives up to the photos/description and did not disappoint. We enjoyed staying within a gated community and having access to the clubhouse, pickle ball courts, pools, and hot tubs. There's a lot to do within reasonable driving distance too - from Theater of the Sea to feeding tarpon to visiting Everglades National Park. Kim and Jazz were both very responsive hosts and a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Kimberly‘s condo in Tavernier. The restaurants in the area that she had suggested were great, we had dinner at Marker 88 and Pierre’s at Morada Bay and both nights we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the view from the balcony each day. While we only stayed for a few days, we felt we were there for a much longer time. We definitely recommend spending a day at the pool. It’s well worth it and so relaxing. Even though it was a bit of a drive, we went south to Key West and enjoyed the 7 mile bridge. While we had been to Key West once before, it was great to go back see some familiar sites and enjoy some of the local cuisine once more. Including the Keylime pie. Throughout the process of booking, checking in and checking out, Kimberly was extremely responsive and answered any questions and offered recommendations each time we had reached out to her. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone who’s looking to enjoy the keys!

Beautiful condo with ocean views. Really nice amenities at the resort such as a huge heated pool and a sandy beach with lounge chairs. Lots of great restaurants in the area. John is a very responsive host. We would stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful and clean! Highly recommend. Michelle was very helpful and responded very quickly. So peaceful and relaxing. We saw manatees in the marina. Pool was big and clean. Views from condo of the ocean are beautiful.
