The welcoming goody basket was a wonderful treat as we were late arriving n ready for a snack. This condo met all our expectations especially the Million Dollar view. To wake up each morning to that beautiful sunrise was a great way to start our day. WOW! Kudos to your cleaning crew the condo was spotless . It felt like we were at a resort with 2 amazing pools n beautiful kept grounds. Only negative was no tiki bar for drinks and food. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo. The house made us feel very welcome. There were many amenities for us to use and made it much easier. It was a clean place with a beautiful view and is an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend for families who want a pool and beach nearby.

Really happy with my decision to get a condo instead of a hotel room. We were so comfortable with a separate bed and bath for the kids and getting everyone ready to go was much quicker. The condo/resort property was fantastic. Very nice pool with plenty of chairs and tables. An entire outdoor game area underneath the building (there's no ground floor besides elevators). Awesome location to visit our favorite places in Islamorada and Key Largo. Highly recommend and will return!

First time visitor to the Keys. Maybe got lucky but I feel we made the right choice to stay in Marathon, especially this unit. Friendly neighbors and very welcoming. Several options for dinning, beach, walk on Bridge all within a short drive. This unit had as well stocked kitchen as we have had in several other stays. Very roomy and an at home feel. Everything in great working order. Older building, but well maintained, unit has nice modern updates. I think a boat owner would find this ideal.

The condo was a perfect place for my husband and me to stay during our week in the Keys. Comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Less than a mile from beach access and good area for walking. Close to good restaurants and things to do. Loved the Turtle Hospital and Crane Museum. Pool was wonderful too. Confirm the unit number before you go. So thankful Tina answered the phone on Christmas night to help us out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with beach access, pool, easy parking, laundry, sunrises and just around the corner from amazing sunsets. Would be helpful to have a few kitchen essentials like salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc.

This condo is in a private community and was PERFECT. The grounds have everything you need to enjoy your time! A family fav was the salt water tidal lagoon with many amazing fish that we could view with provided kayaks. Take a walk out to the private jetty complete with fire pits and grills! We stayed with our two kids who were also enamored. The on-site pools were warm! Location in Key Largo was spectacular. Do yourself a favor, stay here, and then eat at C&C's Wood Fired Pizza!

I had a wonderful weekend with my family. This is the perfect place for relaxation. The house was very clean and comfortable. The view from the marina pier is amazing. Thank you so much Lynn for you kind attentions and also for your help doing the arrangements for our fishing charter. Also I want to thank captain Joe and for sure we will be back again for another fishing trip with him. All my expectations were fulfilled.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

love this place. clean fun scenic ,great and responsive host everything was perfect. had fire pits and chairs BBQ grill right on a beautiful view of the Atlantic with great swimming and snorkeling areas. a few miles up the road ,pennakemp park 4.50 a person to visit with 10 dollar snorkeling gear rentals also a fun place to swim. also mrsmacs is right on main road great food and a proper key lime pie! love this spot thank you Rich you are just great!

Michael's place is absolutely amazing in a great closed community!! It feels much bigger than on pics, the decor is outstanding, our family with 2 kids enjoyed our stay! The pools are right nearby, parking nearby, and we got to see manatees in the marina and fished from the piers! The location is next to great restaurant choices. We hope to come back!

Condo complex nice for families with great communal ammenigies and easy access to essential keys activities (boating, fishing, kayaking, key lime pie). Tucked away from the highway buy a quick ride to anything you need. The condos comfortably held our family and we made the most of the kitchen eating most meals in. A nice home base for exploring or just relaxing in the sun.

Diane’s space was gorgeous and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the outdoor amenities.

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It lives up to the photos/description and did not disappoint. We enjoyed staying within a gated community and having access to the clubhouse, pickle ball courts, pools, and hot tubs. There's a lot to do within reasonable driving distance too - from Theater of the Sea to feeding tarpon to visiting Everglades National Park. Kim and Jazz were both very responsive hosts and a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Jeanette was very responsive and friendly. The place and the ocean view is the same as the pictures. There were no surprises. For us, the location was centrally located for our planned activities, and it's off the main road so its quiet.

Great place for a family stay (6 adults and a toddler). It is spacious, clean, and close to restaurants and activities. Excellent view of the ocean. Beautiful big, clean pool. They provide a pack-n-play, stroller, and high chair...so convenient. We would stay here again.

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!

It was set up well for guests. The covered parking was very helpful. There were multiple areas to sit by the bay and watch the sunset. The music from the Caribbean Club could be heard by the bay which was nice. The outside common area with singing chairs was nice as well as the indoor common area. We wanted to have easy access to Key Largo on the Overseas Highway and this really worked well. We plan to return in the future.
