Monthly Rentals in Lower Brynamman

Hosts were really great, place was clean and well set-up, secure/ private. Great walking routes up onto the hill. Archie the dog is happy and friendly, peacocks are really a feature - as long as you don’t mind them greeting the sun (we didn’t!). I would recommend their farm products - the sausages and bacon are really truly top notch. We tried their recommendations and they were accurate. We would say that the local food is basic - if you want a ‘…& chips or ….& mash’ it’s fine but you’ll have to travel for good food. We went to Brecon which had a Jazz festival on (….Nice!). We would recommend Tenby as a great location, the Gower peninsula is amazing once you go beyond the Mumbles which is the town part (Oxwich Beach is worth the trip - pack a lunch/picnic though). The Brechfa forest bike trails are truly excellent - green is good, blue is long and windy, Black is very very challenging! The only thing I would caution is the track to the house is rough - check your ground clearance.

Very cozy little house, perfect for a short getaway! Clean and tidy when we arrived and owners were quick with getting back to any queryies we had.

Thank you Catherine and John for letting me stay at short notice. I had a lovely peaceful week. The perfect place for peaceful getaway. The hosts were prompt with their response, gave perfect directions and were very friendly on my arrival. A great place to take dogs. I felt really at ease there with them there. The information pack was useful in suggesting places to visit. I would definitely stay there again.
