Monthly Rentals in Los Muertos Beach

The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet in an ideal location situated about 3 blocks up the hill from the pier. The building complex was well maintained with an awesome roof top pool overlooking the city. Considering there were two of us staying for 24 days in a studio, at times, it began to feel little tight. Regardless, check in was easy, and although, I never met with Sergio, I did meet with Mavi who was gracious & very responsive to our needs. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated in traditional Mexican charm, with a soft bed, good linens & plenty of towels, cookware and toiletries. There was a small balcony which overlooked the street below and weekly maid service was provided. Aside from a small hiccup with the water filter which was eventually replaced, our stay went seamlessly.

Daniel's place was just as advertised: clean and spacious, yet still cozy. It's the perfect no-frills Airbnb for your stay in Puerto Vallarta: amazing location, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive, usually responding within 5-10 minutes. The bathroom could benefit from a few repairs to the tiles. However, it was perfectly clean and the shower offered reasonable water pressure. There was one evening when there wasn't much hot water. All other times, no issues. The only bugs I encountered were the tiny ants that are present in every home in P.V. and the occasional mosquito that followed me in from outside. There's a good assortment of kitchen equipment for cooking. The air conditioning unit worked very well to cool the home, but was usually not needed during my December stay. Best of all, it's on a quiet street just two blocks removed from the hustle and bustle of Zona Romantica. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops and spas are a few minutes walk away.

Marco was a fantastic Host! He gave very specific and easy instructions to follow pre-arrival, well in advance and was always quick to respond if I had any questions or inquiries. The place is a steal of a deal and very easy to walk to everything, yet quiet at night so you could sleep after a long day out and about. Thanks again Marco! =)
