Daniel's place was just as advertised: clean and spacious, yet still cozy. It's the perfect no-frills Airbnb for your stay in Puerto Vallarta: amazing location, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive, usually responding within 5-10 minutes. The bathroom could benefit from a few repairs to the tiles. However, it was perfectly clean and the shower offered reasonable water pressure. There was one evening when there wasn't much hot water. All other times, no issues. The only bugs I encountered were the tiny ants that are present in every home in P.V. and the occasional mosquito that followed me in from outside. There's a good assortment of kitchen equipment for cooking. The air conditioning unit worked very well to cool the home, but was usually not needed during my December stay. Best of all, it's on a quiet street just two blocks removed from the hustle and bustle of Zona Romantica. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops and spas are a few minutes walk away.

Marco was a fantastic Host! He gave very specific and easy instructions to follow pre-arrival, well in advance and was always quick to respond if I had any questions or inquiries. The place is a steal of a deal and very easy to walk to everything, yet quiet at night so you could sleep after a long day out and about. Thanks again Marco! =)

*BOOK BOOK BOOK. I can’t stress it enough. I had an amazing stay here at Amapas 353! The place was even better than the photos. A perfect 10/10 and I would absolutely love to stay here again. Alfredo, the building manager, was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. He waited for me upon check-in and even assisted with my bags. When I arrived, there was water and champagne waiting for me, as well as many other accommodations (cleaning supplies, towels, some snacks, linen, ect). The view of Banderas Bay was absolutely breathtaking – truly one of the highlights of the trip. There’s even a stairway just right outside that will lead you right to the beach, which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that there is a condominium across from this building that has a rooftop bar, so at night it can be a little noisy from all the music. Overall, I felt very safe and loved every moment of my stay!

Very spacious apartment in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The road does have a lot of car traffic and big trucks so there is that noise but night times were quiet. Building is very quiet. Clean apt with lots of hangers & bath towels & supply of toilet paper. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Great wifi signal. The negatives for me were the lack of kitchen supplies. These basics were not supplied: paper towel, plastic wrap, plastic containers with lids to store food, no jug to keep cold liquids in fridge, no ice cube tray, no corkscrew, no pen & paper, no tea towel, no ground coffee for first morning, no pepper. Having listed the lack of supplies, I would stay again but would come prepared.
