Architecturally beautiful, mid-century modern-like home in central Guadalajara. Has two parking spots right up front, with plenty of secure, free street parking. Layout is well done and great for accommodating large groups. Kitchen is fully stocked with massive bench-like table for communal eating. Host was kind and responsive. Thank you and look forward to returning one day!

A good stay, quiet place, the pool water was cold at the beginning but it really improved the other days... excellent communication with the host who was always on the lookout and answered our requests very quickly. A quiet and relaxed stay that was what we were looking for.

Everything very good, very comfortable and safe. The area is very nice and close to gallery, metropolitan park and more. The place is better in the photos, with plenty of space and very well-equipped. It also has good security.

The location is very good, the area was very safe, we felt right at home, on the second day we had no internet signal but Claudia quickly gave us options to solve it, we were a large family group and we all had a great time, even when leaving my mother-in-law forgot her iPhone in a room and Claudia had the attention to talk to us quickly so we could pick it up, which we really appreciate... Airbnb recommended💯! Looking forward to it!!!

It was really nice, we wish to stay longer as the house was very comfortable and really close to the places we were visiting.Carlos.was our host and he was very supportive and friendly. We would love to come back again.

Very good accommodation, in a subdivision, coto, private, with security at the entrance, very quiet. As in the description, clean, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and rest. Communication at all times, attentive, I definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Everything is very good, Jaime was always attentive and attended to our needs. They also supported us to have the pool at an excellent temperature and with the clean water during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so nice to wake up to such a beautiful scene each morning. The location couldn't be better – there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, so we always had something new to try. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, recommending lots of great activities and local spots. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Abif's apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in the south of Guadalajara. The location is excellent whether you have a car or use public transport. The main avenue may seem a bit chaotic, but the subdivision is very safe and quiet. The hosts were very nice and responsive to my doubts. 100% recommended

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, all functional, well located in a safe area. The access directions are clear and the communication is very good, they respond the messages immediately. There are clear instructions in the apartment and it has very nice decoration. Complies with what is offered in every way.
