Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Los Gavilanes

I thank Mucho to Bruno and Paulina, they were very friendly hosts. The house was fully equipped. It is a space that has EVERYTHING, the service is a hotelier type, in that aspect I was very satisfied. Neighbors living around VERY FRIENDLY! It is 3 minutes maximum walking to the CAS of the US Consulate, close to very clean and quite good restaurants. I would definitely come back, also Paulina SUPER attentive (Grazie Pau!). Lo Malo (missing the place maintenance) although EVERYTHING WORKS WELL! The steps on the stairs are a little high, but nothing that can't be fixed when you go down carefully! I have stayed in other spaces, and I was surprised by the service offered by the place (it has shampoo, liquid body soap, hand soap, very spacious and large towels) the kitchen is equipped (although I did not cook). Thank you again!

Excellent accommodation , house wide. we really like that I had 3 useful showers to use at the same time , good location near pharmacy and restaurants,the host is very kind and effective in answering and helping.

The house is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect and the host and her manager were super attentive, always ready to help us. Everything was well maintained, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, we felt right at home. We would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Gerardo was a great host, very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great… close to restaurants, bars, and only a short walk to the a few outdoor produce markets to experience. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, and the facilities are great. Two blocks from Chapultepec, there are many places to enjoy the night; which they have to take into account, since, on weekends there is usually noise from the bars around, we didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. The apartment is really comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

Excellent apartment

loved staying here. It was perfect walking distance to midtown and they were extremely accommodating. When we arrived there was just a small fridge (we had a week stay and planned to cook) and when they asked if there was anything else I could use I joking said a bigger fridge… and they literally bought a larger brand-new fridge the next morning. Honestly didn’t expect that and it was insanely helpful for our stay. Cute place and kind humans for the win!

An excellent place to stay in Guadalajara. Inside the building it is completely safe and there is a swimming pool and gym. It has a prime location in the city center with many places to visit on foot. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The apartment is really nice, everything is really clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn't like is that the area is very isolated

Great stay! Hosts were very helpful and always responsive. Location of lobby 33 is great for shops and restaurants! Having only one elevator key was a little inconvenient as we were 2 couples staying at the apartment and coming and going a lot but the front desk was very nice and helpful about knowing us and letting us up. We couldn’t quite get our master ac unit to cool down the room to our liking but the other units in the apartment worked great. Could have been that there was user error or that the room was bigger. I would definitely choose to stay there again as the location was great and the apartment was clean and very comfortable to stay in.

We had a great stay traveling with our baby for the first time! Great location, walkable to many great shops and amazing restaurants. The apartment itself is nice and well kept, and had amenities for children like a pack & play, high chair and baby bath tub. Two things to note: the bedroom doors are quite heavy and loud (our baby is a light sleeper) and also the electricity does not work unless the key to the apartment is present (so you cannot rely on charging devices while you are out and about). Overall a great stay!!

The accommodation is what you'd expect to rest, it's tidy and with plenty of space, plus the internet is fast. Gonzalo was always attentive and was quite kind in giving us schedule flexibility.

The place is really very nice and very cozy, super clean and the service from the first day was always attentive to the directions and everything you need to know when you arrive, really super recommended for any Type of visit.

The photos of the accommodation don't do it justice, more than photos you have to feel the atmosphere, it's very cozy, relaxing and spacious, really. We chose this place as a midpoint for our activities, which were going to the concert at the Telmex auditorium, the Michin aquarium, Kidzania, and we were able to take the light rail since it was close to a station. We walked through several parks, and I feel that it is in a perfect area. There is no bad detail about the establishment, in our experience it has everything, attention, cleanliness, services and we would certainly stay there again. Very grateful to have found this place and Gaby for providing us with this excellent service.

EXCELLENT PLACE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT IN THE ESTADIO, THE APARTMENT IS VERY NICE AND VERY CLEAN. I RECOMMEND IT 100%
