Vacation rentals with a balcony in Los Angeles County

We had a great time in your nice apartment. It was very comfortable for us, my two kids shared the master bedroom and I slept in the other one. Everything was very smooth, the apartment has a lot of sunlight, and it has a really good vibe, we could feel ourselves at home. The laundry is right accross the street, the supermarket is right behind the house, so it was very easy to handle these things. I would definitely stay here next time too. Thanks for all!

We had an amazing stay at Drew’s place. The home was exactly as pictured. We got in pretty late, however his detailed instructions made check in a breeze. The place was super cozy and more than enough room for my fiancé and I. Location was amazing with plenty of places nearby to eat. We were in LA for a quick trip to Disney and so Drew’s place was ideal as it was only a 15 minute drive. Kitchen was equipped with everything you can possibly need to make a meal. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed. We felt extremely safe at this location. No loud noises in the middle of the night, very quiet location. We had a long 16 hour day at Disney, and drew was accommodating with our checkout time the next day which was extremely nice. He was very responsive and checked in periodically which was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great place to stay if you are in Long Beach close to lots of restaurants and things to do

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The place was clean and well-maintained. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the nice mountain view surrounding the house. Danielle is a great host. She was very responsive, answering all my questions and ensuring I had a seamless stay.

This is the most interesting Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much! As a host, Kari was very hospitable and always responsive. She had great energy, and I was impressed by how creative she was in designing and decorating her studio. The studio is pop-art themed and equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, whether you stay a few days or longer than a month. It has a fun vibe, and it’s clear every detail has been carefully thought out. The bathroom was my favorite. It had a trippy vibe and was squeaky clean. The patio was also wonderful. It’s a very peaceful spot to work from or relax. As for the location, it is right in the center of Silver Lake, one of LA’s most popular neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee shops and movie theaters are all within walking distance. And Hollywood, Echo Park, DTLA are very close by. All in all, my stay at Kari’s was a 10/10. I highly recommend her place!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

A lovely home in the heart of Silver Lake for a reasonable price! My group enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close the house was to Sunset Blvd (the main strip in the neighborhood). Melissa's home was well appointed and had everything we needed. Parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the home was also easy.

Loved the house and location, walking distance as to Rodeo Dr Beverly Hills. Pavilions grocery store 2 blocks down, we felt at home, lovely cottage style home. Host was amazing actually, very responsive and nothing was an issue.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

We had a great time staying at Shannon + Raphael’s place! The hosts were super communicative and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to Eagle Rock's restaurants/bars and beyond. The space itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

My family and I were forced to evacuate our home due to the Los Angeles fires and were in search of a comfortable, clean, and safe place to ride out such a stressful time. Jill's home not only met those standards, but exceeded them. The home is absolutely lovely. We especially enjoyed the privacy the beautiful landscaping offers, the extra cozy couches and beds, and conveniently walkable location. Jill as a host was just as accommodating as her place. She was easy to communicate with, attentive, and understanding. We are really appreciative of both her and the stay she provided. If it weren't so booked, we'd happily have stayed for longer.

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.

My family of three stayed for two nights, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our townhome, even with the rain. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. I especially loved the 55-inch smart TV, which not every Airbnb offers. Thank you, Sebastian! I would love to come back here during the summertime.
