Waterfront vacation rentals in Los Angeles

Lovely little apartment. We stayed there the second time. The outside space is unbeatable. Kitchen equipment is sparse but everything is very clean. The view is amazing. Quiet neighbours and great having coffee on the porch in the mornings watching the dolphins and surfers. The included parking also makes life very easy if you have a car!

Ami was extremely responsive and provided clear information and easy to understand communications at all times. I unfortunately had to make some arrangement changes, and she was understanding and considerate at all times. Thank you Ami. You are a great host!

It was very clean and we really loved the location of being so close to many restaurants and very walkable! Chris was amazing answering my myriad of questions promptly!

a really beautiful location and place. the sounds of the creek at night were so nice and calming. The bathroom was amazing with the tub and the hot tub outside was wonderful to stargaze into.

Bradley and his father Robert were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and were incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. Robert even gave us his personal recommendations for Manhattan Beach. The location can’t be beat and we truly can’t wait to go back and stay at this home again.

Nice studio close to the beach and the everything Malibu has to offer

It’s our 4th or 5th time staying at Debra’s and we’re already planning our next stay! Her home is so charming, plenty of amenities and is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, TJoe’s, gift shops, bars, and parks. Weather permitting, her patio, garden and yard is so pleasant and private - a great place to relax, read and just hang out. Debra was also so accommodating when my brother drove down from Nevada and stayed with us a couple days. At the tail end of our stay, her dishwasher stopped working and she’s already sent me a pic of the new DW she purchased! Obviously we love it there and can’t wait to return!

Having been displaced by the fires, we needed a place to stay quickly. Bridget was incredibly helpful and supportive in making the rental available same day. She personally helped get the house ready for us so that we could check in right away. We are grateful for her assistance, communication, and the charming place to stay.

I loved this house! I’ve stayed at multiple air bnbs in the past to go to Disneyland and so far this one is my favorite! I will definitely be booking again next time! The area is peaceful. Instructions were fair and very clear, easy to follow. Host was always communicative which made me feel comfortable knowing she was there for any emergencies. Definitely worth your money!

If you’re a fan of interior design, this place will suit you! Very thoughtful decor & furniture throughout. There were some issues to work out during our trip, but the host was quick to respond with solutions.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

The house was perfect for our group in town for a sports tournament on the beach. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms and showers available.

We had six adults and a baby for the Presidents Day weekend and it was perfect. We loved having coffee each morning and cocktails each evening with friendly folks walking by on the boardwalk. We enjoyed cooking in for breakfast and dinner and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Julie and Howard live very close by and they were super attentive without being overbearing. Very nice folks. Highly recommend this peaceful spot on the beach.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Wonderful hosts! So accommodating and kind and flexible! Only about 3 minute walk to the beach and so quiet and calm. Love it!

We had a great stay! Chris and Jillian's house is beautiful and has a great location. It was amazing waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Plus they had lots of great beach toys for the kids to play with.

Best location in Manhattan beach on the strand directly in front of the ocean. Our stay was perfect. Would love to stay at Tony’s again.

I loved my stay in Long Beach. Nico has a very nice home, it is just as pictures. I was in town for a conference at the Convention Center and the walk was with-in 5-8mins, restaurants, Boardwalk and more at your finger tips. Nico's home was the perfect spot to have comfort and easy of accesso to the city and him being a very responsive and kind host made it even better.

We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations. Staying with Adam was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Adam was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended
