Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Los Angeles

We loved our stay at Paul & Jen’s place!! Getting there was so easy, Paul and Jen were so friendly and helpful! The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants & shops on Abbot Kinney, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The bikes were great to head down to local Australian coffee shops! The house is really well stocked with lots necessities making the stay so easy. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It had everything for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, lots of pillows and bedding. Easy to use tvs in every room. Would highly recommend. The house is gorgeous with an amazing view with lots of seating and pool towels. Lyndall was so helpful and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely return!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

This home may have been our tipping point for wanting to retire to Venice Beach. Our expectations were already high due to previous reviews and we were not disappointed. This home is well-situated in Venice Beach--close enough to many things but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Plenty of room for our family of four. Our teen son especially loved the "studio," which is detached from the home. He was able to get some space from his parents and his twin brother and also work on his college applications. It was the perfect place to "be together" but also have time apart. We don't cook, but if you do, you will love the kitchen setup. Bikes are a plus (all but one of them has plenty of wear and tear but they get the job done, so to speak) and we used them on several occasions to ride down to the beach. Sepi and Ben were super responsive and kind during our stay and leading up to it. Enjoy this Venice gem!

Sara’s place was the best ABB property I have stayed at. Everything was thought of. Her binder provided so much info on the area, we felt comfortable right away. Groceries were a 10 minute uber ride. Her home was clean, very well stocked and in a perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Truly enjoyed both of my stays. Loved the neighborhood. Host was very helpful with clear & detailed instructions for checking in & out. I felt very safe with the added door codes. Definitely coming back again :)

The host had excellent communication and was very responsive to feedback, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. While the kitchen equipment could be improved to offer more flexibility for cooking (something I personally value when booking an Airbnb), the property itself is lovely and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

Sara and her place were wonderful. She is very kind, responsive and helpful. The place was clean, cozy, as shown in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. We did have some trouble with SOME of the Ubers and Postmates. The directions that we were given were spot on and we could relay that to the drivers. HOWEVER, there are two separate entrances, and if navigation (which we experienced in certain Ubers and dealing with directions for certain Ubers/Postmates deliverers) takes you to the separate entrance from the one with the given instructions, the directions given no longer apply and it causes mass confusion for all involved, ultimately leading you to have to walk to the front of the complex in search for said Ubers or Postmates. Wasn’t a huge deal. But, worth noting. Still a five star experience!

Property was as described and pictured and met all of our needs. Neat, clean, organized, thoughtfully furnished and spacious. Underground private parking was a huge plus in Long Beach!

In the heart of Orange, so easy to park, walk and explore. Very charming and clean. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about for a rental.
