Thanks to Jeanne and Jim, we had an amazing stay in OC. They welcomed us into their beautiful home for the perfect beach weekend. We appreciated the clean and functional interior. We were thrilled to enjoy the back deck leading to the beach. Everything about the place was ideal for our plans. We had an amazing stay ! The house is exactly what you need when you go away . House was well stocked with every amenity you can think of even an icemaker which was a real plus ! we really enjoyed the backyard and the fire pit. it was private and quiet just perfect !👍

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

This was an absolutely phenomenal stay! We booked this house last minute after a terrible experience with another property in Atlantic City. When we arrived at the first house, it was nothing like advertised, stains on the chairs, rat droppings on the chair cover, dirty bathrooms, and filthy linens. It was beyond disgusting, and I had never encountered anything like it on Airbnb before. Unfortunately, the host kept $1,800 of our money, blaming it on so-called “wear and tear” and only refunded us $395 of the $2,200 total, with no kind of help from Airbnb. In desperation, we found and booked this house, and what a blessing it was! Everything about this home was perfect; spotlessly clean, well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We didn’t run short of anything during our stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, easy to communicate with, and had very little expectation for you to do upon checkout. Thank you so much, we are truly grateful

Bryana was a lovely host and the house was absolutely gorgeous! It had cool things like the arcade game on the top floor and pinball in the garage. Me and my family loved it!

Beautiful house close to the ocean. Comfortable and lots of room for our big family to spread out and have our space when we got back in from a long day.

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. This was our second time booking with Mikhail for an annual birthday getaway. Our group of adults and kids had a magical winter weekend, with plenty of space to chill out or gather as the mood took us. We love the hot tub and the first floor layout which lends itself to spontaneous, comfortable socializing. Much of the furniture has been updated since our last visit and the house feels cared for. Big thanks to neighbor Mark for his extra support!

Andrew was extremely responsive! The place was extremely clean and well laid out. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. There was a tenant upstairs that we could hear walking around at night but overall was quiet. My only recommendation was the door of the bedroom with the bunk beds was extremely squeaky. I had my 8 month old with me and it was tricky not waking her up from naps and at night going in and out of the room. For most people this would not be a problem but definitely an easy fix that I’m sure they will be proactive in fixing. I travel to Atlantic city for work once a year and I would definitely stay here again! Loved the laundry in the main area. Very cute place!

Our stay in Ocean City, NJ was absolutely fantastic! This Airbnb is top-notch, with amenities that truly go above and beyond. The house had everything we needed – from plenty of bath and beach towels to beach equipment and laundry supplies – every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location couldn’t have been better, just a hop, skip, and stone’s throw away from 9th Street and Manco & Manco Pizza. The convenience of the elevator was a huge plus, especially for my older parents and when carrying heavy luggage. We were so happy with the rental and all the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
