Beach house vacation rentals in Long Beach Island

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was outstanding!! The house was gorgeous inside and out and meticulously clean. The host, Brooke, was very accessible and responsive. Everything in the house was first class. The kitchen appliances, the chilled wine rack, the enormous, superb quality TV, the washer and dryer, the Dyson dryers in every room to the Aesop soap, etc. The balconies overlooking the ocean provided a spectacular view, especially the colorful sunrise. The path to the beach abuts the house. Even though we rented it in winter, we just had to walk to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable. The primary on the top floor had a walk-in closet as well as a spacious bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor also had a spacious bathroom. We loved it!

Stunning AC home with fantastic amenities! The location was ideal, right on the boardwalk - not far at all from all the best spots. The house has a kegerator (just make sure to bring extra CO2 if you're bringing kegs), great kitchen, dining room, hot-tub, grill, awesome backyard and seating/sleeping arrangements. Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The fact that we were a block and a half walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach was wonderful. But what sealed it was that Ted had every beach amenity we needed—chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards. It made the trip so easy. Ted was so welcoming and responsive. The location is on a busy road which you can hear from the porch but it didn’t seem to bother my family. It was a great place and kitchen and bathrooms plus outdoor shower were all a hit. Thank you!

An absolute gem! This Airbnb was stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a true getaway. But what truly set this experience apart was the host, Glenn. He made everything seamless from start to finish, ensuring the entire stay was effortless and enjoyable. Perfect in every way! Staying at Ricky’s place has become an annual event. We very much appreciate our good fortune to be able to stay at this wonderful house in Barnegat Light LBI.

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Bettylynn welcomed us into her beautiful beachfront home and encouraged us to enjoy all the amenities for our wonderfully coiples New Year's Eve celebration. I doubt we'll ever forget our time spent together and the beautiful home.

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Beautiful house! Shower pressure was great! Beds were comfy! Plenty of towels! Minimal tasks to complete before leaving. Great location to the wedding we attended. If I’m ever up there again, I would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

Austin’s place was a lifesaver when another house we booked fell through last minute. He responded immediately to my question about same day availability and let us check in early. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Brian's lovely property, and I can honestly say that the pictures don't do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the place. Brian was an exceptional host from beginning to end. His communication was prompt and effective, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that we felt welcome. Throughout our stay, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a personal touch that made our experience even better. The convenience of the washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus, making it easy for us to keep our things fresh during our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach—just 20 steps away! It was so amazing to walk out and immediately have the sand beneath our toes. Plus, the location is perfect; you're close to numerous stores and attractions, yet still enjoy a sense of seclusion. Mike was a great host from answering questions prior to the booking, prior to check in and prior to check out. I grew up in this area all my life and moved south sonI was very familiar with the area. We stayed over the Xmas holiday as we visited relatives for the holiday. One of my criteria was to have an elevator for my 85 year old mother in-law, Mikes property offered that and it was a game saver! I would recommend this location and property to anyone! Top notch all the way!

It was an awesome family weekend getaway, my son loved that we could walk to the beach! overall it was a great location and great place to stay!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
