Andrea’s home was perfect for us. The minute we walked in we felt like home. She has everything that would make anyone comfortable. She has everything!!! The notes some reviewers spoke of was exaggerated. She has notes in areas, well, some people might just forget to be mindful. The outside area is great! The area is very quiet. There are restaurants that are walking distance that are so good. Andrea, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Comfortable and Clean. We enjoyed our stay! Close to everything you could possibly need! Great spot for families or two couples! Hot tub was a peaceful bonus with comfy robes for us to use 😁

Jeff was a great host! He even offered to come and shovel the snow that fell during our trip. The house is set up with so many thoughtful small touches, it may be my favorite place I’ve stayed so far! If you’re in Denver, stay here!

We loved our stay as the home offered so much space and things to do. Hosts were very responsive and checked in for any needs.

Me and my Sister's go on a sister bonding staycation ever year in December this was the perfect spot by far we had entertainment with the game room so much fun and relaxed in the hot tub watched movies when our day was done we retired to our very comfortable rooms three of us girls went and there was so much more room then we needed so peaceful and private and clean wonderful yard if you take your furbaby I give this spot 💯 thank you Shelly for making our staycation perfect.

kaitlyn was responsive and extremely helpful throughout the booking process and duration of our stay! the space was beautiful and close to many awesome restaurants and attractions ( kaitlyn also kindly provided a list of her recommendations for the city and surrounding areas!). the hot tub was awesome and the perfect way to end a great trip ☺️

We spent a long weekend visiting our daughter and watching a broncos game. The rental was within walking distance of the stadium and close to Tennyson street- so many boutiques and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed to cook a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the area suggestions we were given. Water was always hot when needed and the temperature in the unit was kept comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and a good nights sleep was easily found here. We will definitely be back!

This is a large basement apartment with everything that you will need such was washer dryer. You could cook if wanted. It is spotlessly clean. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Quiet at night, comfortable bed. It is in a residential neighborhood about ten minutes from stores etc.

Alex's place was perfect for our family. We were a group of 7 and stayed comfortably. Everything was so clean! I can really appreciate that! It was very welcoming from the snacks to the messages. We didn't get to stay long as we just went for my son's graduation from CCU which was only 5 mins away so it was perfect. I really liked the quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to plenty of restaurants and shopping,etc. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making everything great.

The address was a little tough to see at night. Great location. Having parking was great! It was very clean!

Nile was very communicative and nice! Everything was on point!

The unit was just as nice as shown in the pictures! The very high ceilings made it seem larger than pictured. I loved the organization and simple decor and had everything that I needed for my stay. The in-floor heat in the bathroom is especially nice in winter!! I would recommend it to anyone and possibly will stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay in Brady’s place. Everything was to our expectations and we walked away totally satisfied. Would definitely stay here again next time.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

house was very clean when arrived and had many amenities for our group, giving us peace of mind. Jill was also very accommodating to our requests and answered all our questions promptly. 10/10, would book again.

The house was beautiful and well kept. It had a restful ambiance. Neighborhood was also inviting. There were a lot of walkable trails close by which was a major plus. Neighborhood is also close to amenities including coffee shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed this day, and would look to staying there again when visiting Denver. Thx for everything Sydney. Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The place was easy access to the National Western Stock Show. It had plenty of room for our large group.
