Monthly Rentals in Little Tallapoosa River

The home was very nice. Note it is a two story with 20 steep steps but very clean. Everything we needed was available. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked different would be a TV in the bedroom. ;) The location was in the Carrollton downtown area and can walk to several restaurants and local shops. Enjoyed the trip very much. Thank you!!

Love this place! I was able to hike the beautiful property this time, and it was wonderful. It was a much needed experience to relax and unwind with nature. Listening to the creek and enjoying the hot tub are my favorite things about my stay. Kara is super friendly, very responsive, and is a wonderful host.

First time in a camper. Everything was clean orderly. Christian was friendly and responsive. Close to where we were visiting .everything seemed to work including the A/C which is a necessity in central Georgia. Will use again if available. Great host.

This little cottage is off the beaten path and nestle between two towns. The amenities - beddings, kitchen utensils and accessories were very nice. The stocked coffee tea bar was my daughter’s favorite. Very clean. Very quiet. Nice mattresses. Would defiantly rent this place again. Thank you Kenny!!
