Anna's place is my favorite in St. Pete. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Washer, dryer, complete kitchen, and up to date furnishings. Has 2 smart tv's and very good WiFi at about 100 MBPS. Also has a nice sized fenced in back yard where you can picnic or let your dog out for some air. Has a back door to the back yard. It's a wonderful place and Anna is very responsive if you have an issue. Highly recommend.

Perfectly beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous neighborhood and convenient to everything St Pete has to offer. This is my second time staying here, and I am so grateful to Adam, my host. I highly recommend this property- you will love it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Midtown Tampa for three weeks! The place was fantastic, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was very comfortable, and the building even had a gym, which was a great bonus. The area was quiet yet vibrant, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This was an excellent place to stay,very clean and modern. We would LOVE to stay there in the future,you can’t go wrong with this one ❤️❤️❤️

Comfy little place in a quiet neighborhood, it had everything we needed and was an easy walk to stores and restaurants. Will definitely book again next time we're in the area!

Our stay was perfect for my adult child and myself with separate, but equal beds and a great bathroom. The coldest time in Florida in my lifetime of visiting and we had to use some heat and it worked perfectly. I hope the weather cooperates better for anyone else expecting warm temps. But our experience here could not have been easier. We had a rushed checkout because the purpose of our visit was house hunting and had to move quickly to see a house and the time for checkout at 11 meant we had to pack up and leave fast- ended up making the offer on the house so great result for us. Happy Days Ahead!!! ❤️

The Anchor house is a great stay and definitely worth the $. Very clean home with tons of beds and bathrooms. Went to Florida for a wedding so everyone was getting ready and dressed up so 3 bathrooms were great. House was super clean like we were the first ones to stay there after a remodel. Centrally located and right next to downtown New Port Richey which is beautiful. Literally don’t have any complaints all 5 stars. And will be staying there again next trip

Efrain is a wonderful host that was extremely responsive and helpful. His home is exactly as advertised and I could not have felt more comfortable and safe. Great location to many restaurants and activities. I frequent this area often and will stay again if available.

Hi we had a wonderful time in your lovely home....we greatly appreciate everything...your house has everything that everyone would need .. the only issue was the king bed it was way too soft for me ...but that was just me and my youngest..lol...we ran our of plastic bags and paper towels and toilet paper but other than that it was a superb stay.. especially being that My son only lives 7 minutes away...maybe for the pool room have a portable heater in the winter..i didn't think that Florida could get that cold well it's better than back home in Jersey where it's like 12 degrees LOL!

We came for a bowl game at Raymond James and decided to walk there and back (game started at noon so it was daylight). It’s about a 45 minute walk but it was worth it as there was a lot of traffic to and from the stadium. Nicely remodeled home that was very organized. One of the mattresses was firmer than I like. It is near a busy street but the accommodations and location worked out great for us.

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

Was a wonderful stay, was chilly when we went but we enjoyed the views and peacefulness of the view from the balcony. Adrian was great at communicating when we needed assistance with getting inside. Would stay again. Place was as described, we even got to see some dolphins from the balcony.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.
