Monthly Rentals in Lingua

Donatellas place was lovely and big with stunning views out to the port and ocean from the multiple terraces. It was truly amazing. My mother in law (who was travelling with us) was born in nearby Valchiesa and we were back to visit relations. We visited the house where she was born and lots of relations who fed us very well. Some of us hiked to the top of nearby Monte del Fossa Felci which is the higher of the two volcanic peaks on Salina. An elevation of 960 metres above sea level from where the views were gobsmacking. The house was great and well featured and fitted the 6 of us very nicely. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to a storm and bad weather coming in which meant that the ferries to and from the islands would not be running for about 5 days. We would love to return again in summertime. We would highly recommend this property and hosts. :-) Chris, Karen and family

What a woderful stay it was! Hard to describe with simple words. Firstly Franca and Natalino are the warmest and kindest people you can meet. They really put all the effort to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Franca is a passionate cook, so she frequantly treated me with her baked goods. Natalino made sure I get home safely and had a transport of my own. The place itself is a little paradise on earth. Views are breaftaking from the terrace so you barely want to leave the house. We had such a wonderful stay at Giulio’s lovely apartment. The location, spacious terrace and overall setup really made our holiday. And what topped it all was the attention Giulio gave us from his very clear checkin instructions to spot-on recommendations. Highly recommended and really hope to stay again.
