The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

The apartment is well located, with some restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is just as great as shown in the photos. There’s just one thing: the garage ramp is too steep. For lower cars like my Toyota Auris, the car needs to be empty and you have to go in very carefully at an angle to avoid scraping the underbody. The construction company made the ramp with too much inclination.

The place is good as the photo shows, well modern, sure, it has its own parking, everything very clean is located in a very strategic place close to everything, I was surprised because it is well similar to the apartments in Miami. And the very attentive host from the beginning was answering all the doubts , responds the message very quickly No doubt when I come back to Asuncion I would choose to stay in the same place because the price is also very accessible for everything the accommodation provides

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. Honestly, I don’t think you can find a better place to stay. The apartment is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Asunción really close to Paseo La Galería, and it looks just like the photos, absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop has some of the best views of the city. Matthew was super flexible with check-in, really easy to communicate with, and gave me some really nice local recommendations. Can’t recommend it enough, 10/10 experience!

It is perfect for working and for tourism. Spacious, conveniently located, it is very equipped, with lots of light and a nice view of the river. And great communication with the host.
