The apartment equipped and very clean, it was a pleasant stay. Tasha and Alejandra's service was 10/10. Super close to the American Embassy. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at Daniel's unit. He is very attentive and answers to all your questions very quickly. He showed us how to operate all devices in the house: oven, washer, TV, etc. we needed something specific and Daniel made sure right away we got that. It is a very nice unit, very well maintained, modern and sparkling clean, it has everything you need, nice view from the balcony which stretches over the living room, and the two bedrooms! Everything works, nothing broken, well decorated, makes you enjoy the time spent there. Despite of the heat outside (39 C, but it feels like 44 C) in January and February, the A/C worked very well and kept the place very comfortable. Probably the most impressive is the very large bed in the master bedroom: it is super comfortable! You can have a really good sleep! Location is also very good and safe, in the proximity of everything you need. Overall great experience! We highly recommend it! We will definitely come back!

The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Agustín is a great host. Very attentive. His studios are very functional and well located between Carmelites and shopping of the sun.

Highly recommended. The apartment is the size of a hotel room but it's beautiful. Very complete. The location is unbeatable and the doormen (who in addition to checking in and out) are geniuses who are totally on another level of service. Details to keep in mind... The garage is very impractical (you have to use a car elevator and maneuver in tight spaces) which makes it not ideal for getting in and out, but it works to store the car safely during your stay. In addition, I found it a little difficult to find the specific building because the location that comes up is a bit vague, right on the corner there is a lot of traffic, and most of the buildings on the street do not have their door number visible (although the building where the apartment is located DOES have a visible door number), so it is difficult to get oriented and find which of all the buildings on the block it is.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment. John was very helpful and attentive and I couldn't have wished for a better host. the apartment building is new and very comfortable. the wifi was fast, and John had a backup for us the one time the internet was down. I plan to stay here again! 5/5

We love the apartment and the building. Host Rubén was always very helpful and quickly resolved all our requests. The apartment is very similar to the photo. Clean, equipped (kitchenware, washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dolce gusto coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning in all environments, etc.). The building is very secure and has a swimming pool and a gym. In the vicinity, supermarkets, including a 24 hours.

The experience was amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket cart in the parking lot that facilitates the transfer of bags. Kitchen has everything you need. It also has two swimming pools and one of them has children's games in its vicinity. Excellent cleanliness. Jorge always answered my questions. It has a Biggie supermarket next to the building. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Excellent location, it is close to everything, the apartment is on the floor of the pool area, the sauna, the game room and the gym, the children enjoyed it very much. The key for us was wheelchair access, it had ramps that made mobility easier. Excellent service, recommended.
