I spent a week at Daniel's apartment and everything was perfect. Daniel was always very attentive and communication with him was excellent. The place is impeccable, well-equipped and in an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it and stay in his apartment again.

The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Agustín is a great host. Very attentive. His studios are very functional and well located between Carmelites and shopping of the sun.

I have to say that I chose this place almost without regard to anything but the excellent ratings I had and honestly exceeded my expectations by far!!! Noemi, her husband and also Neida are super friendly!!!! Kind treat, close,always attentive for whatever you need, the truth is very good people!! Unbeatable value for money, the area is quiet, with easy access and impeccable cleanliness!!! I honestly have to say from the heart that this is the best Airbnb I've been and what I've been best treated. I can just say, Thank you so much!!!

Very good apartment for two people in order to spend a few days in Asunción. It has everything one needs. Lavarropas, equipment for cooking, good mattress, etc. It is well located in the city of Asuncion. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment. John was very helpful and attentive and I couldn't have wished for a better host. the apartment building is new and very comfortable. the wifi was fast, and John had a backup for us the one time the internet was down. I plan to stay here again! 5/5

The place is good as the photo shows, well modern, sure, it has its own parking, everything very clean is located in a very strategic place close to everything, I was surprised because it is well similar to the apartments in Miami. And the very attentive host from the beginning was answering all the doubts , responds the message very quickly No doubt when I come back to Asuncion I would choose to stay in the same place because the price is also very accessible for everything the accommodation provides

Excellent apartment in the most beautiful, safe and quiet area of Asuncion. Very comfortable for one or two people. The building has excellent amenities such as pool, gym, sauna and spa. I recommend it!

Exceptional. My second stay here and I will be back. The small apartment is awesome and the view is incredible. The amenities are perfect - gym, pool and private sauna & jacuzzi where you can book a time slot just for yourself. From last time they even updated all the kitchen utensils because I told them that they had scratches - now everything is new. Incredible value for the money.

The accommodation matched the photos perfectly, with its large terrace overlooking the whole city and its infinity pool it was really amazing. There is a built-in bbq in the wall on the balcony which is very good. Everything is clean and tidy, it's lovely. The only negative point, but unpredictable, is that there were a lot of party groups this Saturday night in the building who made a lot of noise until very late with screams and music coming from several apartments.
