Massimo's AirBnB is fantastic. You will just find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Anzio and more. It is modern, clean and thought out down to the last detail. The space is optimally air-conditioned. A small kitchen also makes it possible to prepare some food yourself. The decor throughout is very nice. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. There is even a parasol that you can take with you to the beach. About the host: Massimo is extremely hospitable. If you have any questions or problems, he is always there for you immediately and helps. Although he is available at all times, he gives his guests their privacy.

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.

I highly recommend Lorenzo's apartment near Anzio. It is a very comfortable place with a lovely terrace for relaxing. it is a close walk to the beach and a shirt drive to Anzio and Nettuno that are filled with great cafes, restaurants, and shopping. My dogs were warmly welcomed and they had a great time at the beach! Parking is easy right in front. I stayed a week and was sad to leave!

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.
