Wilton’s place was incredible. Place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. You have access to a pool (best at night!) and a gym. Host was very responsive and helpful. The entire Apartment complex is gated and guarded as well as the individual buildings and common areas. If you have a big group to divide the cost with, this is probably your best investment!

This is the place where you would want to stay in Santiago de los Caballeros! The host is responsable, friendly and very supportive. The apartment one of the more appealing I have stay ever. The location is exclusive, too!

Luis and his stay was exceptionally great! Everything well organized and clean, we found everything needed in the apt/condo pretty easy. Check in experience was easy, gate security was also friendly to help locate keys and parking. Luis and Catherine response to any questions we had pretty quickly and were always available to pass by if we had any issues. My family and I would love to stay here again whenever we are visiting Santiago in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Edwin's property. We stayed there for about a week. It looks exactly like the photos, the neighborhood was very quiet for the most part. The apartment was easy to check-in and it was very clean inside. Everything worked from the A/C, t.v., washer and dryer, constant hot water, daily trash pickup, comfortable beds, etc. There is an elevator which I appreciated since there are apartments on Airbnb without them. Edwin was very helpful and communicated with me from the beginning of my stay to the end. Our family also enjoyed small pool that they have on the premises. It was clean, it has a pump and the water was chlorinated. It's centrally located and is about a 5 minute drive from the Monument, supermarkets and restaurants. I'd definetly stay there again.

This apartment is very beautiful and clean. It doesn't need anything. The place is very quiet and very nice. It is an excellent, very nice person and responds very quickly what questions you ask. One and a thousand times I stay in this same apartment. I really recommend it to everyone 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ramona was very responsive she got right to me when I sent her a message her place is exactly as described I felt like I was at my own home it was so peaceful I would recommend anyone to stay there I can't stress enough how peaceful it was you could hear the doves outside every morning and Ramona was amazing thank you for making myself and my wife feel at home for the past month really a secure place thanks again ramona

Perfect location between the city and the mountains , easy access to transportation, restaurants all around . Close enough to the city to go in when necessary yet far enough to avoid the traffic . Great place, amazing views, and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation. The only thing I would recommend is considering soundproof windows and doors. Additionally, adding curtains or darker shades in the bedrooms would be a good idea. Other than that, I enjoyed the place very much.

The apartment as shown in the pictures. It is not in the center of Santiago , but it is a few minutes away, super comfortable, very organized and clean, it has everything you need for a short or long stay. I recommend it and I rent it again when I come back to Santiago. Mariel, very Cortez and with quick communication.

Such a beautiful and peaceful home! I had such a wonderful time with my family and it was local to everything! The host was super great and so was her building manager Mary! The home was super clean and had everything we needed! The complex area is private, secure and safe! I miss it already and definitely will be coming back!
