Great apartment, easy to walk everywhere. Roof top pool was small but pleasant. Comfy bed and the host was helpful with any questions I had.

We had a wonderful stay at Jean and Fernando's apartament. The place has everything you need for a lovely stay. The building has great amenities - swimming pool, gym, laundry- and loclocated in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, close to bars, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks. Strongly recommended!

We stayed 12 days in the apartment and the experience was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. The place has a very well-equipped kitchen and various utensils for meals and snacks. Cleaning products were also available for use. The hair dryer is great. The clothes dryer is also very efficient. The iron and ironing board are in great condition and functionality. The smart TV with multiple streaming access, just log in. The Wi-Fi provided a great connection. Several socket adapters available and the extension made our logistics much easier. Easy access to transportation, bars, restaurants and markets. The host was available all the time, always very attentive and concerned about how we were. I loved the place, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

first thank you for the speed of the messages,👏 the kindness and the place I was fascinated,😍 a very pleasant experience, different; the impeccable house, a first🏡👌, the bed: comfortable, the sheets: soft, the bathroom is small but it perfectly complies with the function. the shower is great, having breakfast on the dock with that view and the tranquility of the place is magical🌅. The night very quiet does not circulate nor the dogs bark. 2 blocks away there is❤️ a pantry or Oridos Ya Market !! also a rotiseria. It is ideal for living a few days in PEACE. Let's say it's unique and special, and the owner Jimena is the best host! Thank you very much 😊😘😘

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The area is safe and there are also very attentive doormen in the building who are there 24 hours a day. Cande, the host, is very attentive. He welcomed us very warmly, explained everything about the accommodation and made sure during the stay that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and grateful to Cande for the welcome.

My friends and I had a great time here! It was perfect for walking to different parts of Palermo and also close to several parks, etc. They were super responsive every time we had a question, and very friendly and accommodating of our early check-in request. Highly recommend! Great place to have as your headquarters while exploring the beautiful BA.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
