Excellent stay: I recommend it! The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and pleasant. It had everything you needed (even a small welcome notebook). The view is splendid (it's great to be able to eat on the terrace with such a view!) and the apartment is very well located, close to everything in Aix. Jérôme and Caroline were very hospitable. In short, nothing to complain about, it was very good! thank you very much!

We had a great time at Gregory and Aneta's place. The accommodation is impeccable, as described, very clean, well-equipped and very functional. The accommodation is very well located for a stay on Lake Annecy, close to the lake and the market town of Menthon. There is even a bus stop at the foot of the residence. A short stay at Collet d 'Allevard! Very friendly hosts, always responsive, who take care of their guests. This studio is perfectly appointed and well thought out! You can do anything by foot (and shuttles). Thanks!! I would highly recommend it!

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The location is ideal, both close to Lake Annecy and in a peaceful and secluded location. Access to the services of the residence (swimming pool, children's games, sauna...) is a plus. The view from the balcony is sublime!

Amazing sweet little apartment that we fell in love with! Free parking right outside is a major plus and the flat had everything we needed for a gorgeous few days in Annecy.

Very good stay in the warm little apartment! Clean apartment and tidy. The residence is clean and well maintained. There is a swimming pool! Everything is within walking distance and it is very useful. We'll be back for sure!

outstanding host! so friendly and super helpful. helped us out by calling a vet to arrange pet passport treatment- would have struggled without her. Made us a "surprise menu" home cooked meal. All local produce, authentic regional cuisine, beautifully presented, great value. Charming and funny! went above and beyond in every aspect, Karine made such an effort with speaking English and helping us with our French. recommendation for visiting Chambery was a golden nugget. Karine is a credit to her business, we'll stay in touch and hope to return.

Close to the center of Annecy and 5 min to the CortiGrimpe climbing room. Easy and free parking!

Coming for a week's stay with 2 children, we were welcomed very well and the accommodation is ideally located to shine around the Lake. The space has an exceptional view even more impressive than the photos. The environment is very peaceful. We recomand of course .
