small accommodation but lots of places for storage, for a week stay with 2 children it's perfect. very well located ( shops,skiing...) Great communication with Sébastien.

Our stay at François's was just perfect! His responsiveness and attention to making our stay enjoyable was really appreciated. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and easy to access. Thank you, Small accommodation but very well equipped, we were 2 adults and 2 children, it's great, we sleep well there and the building is quiet responsive 👍 host and clear instruction! For future tenants: access to the slopes by going up to the 3rd floor which is more convenient than going down from the building.

We had a great time at Gregory and Aneta's place. The accommodation is impeccable, as described, very clean, well-equipped and very functional. The accommodation is very well located for a stay on Lake Annecy, close to the lake and the market town of Menthon. There is even a bus stop at the foot of the residence. I spend my summers for hikes and it's really a very beautiful area and very refreshing. I'm going to settle in Savoie!

Marie Claire is attentive and available. Her place is perfect. It is well arranged and well-equipped,located close to Aix train station as well as the shopping street. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the lovely patio. We would recommend this listing.

Frédérique's place is a cocoon full of charm. Everything is done to make you feel good and that you don't miss anything, there's even a stove that you can use! Cozy and cozy, the apartment is very functional and very well furnished. It is absolutely quiet while being a short walk from the center of the village. Frédérique gave us some very good information about the activities offered and was extremely responsive to all our requests. His kindness and all his attention to detail made the stay exceptional. A real favorite!

Coming for a week's stay with 2 children, we were welcomed very well and the accommodation is ideally located to shine around the Lake. The space has an exceptional view even more impressive than the photos. The environment is very peaceful. We recomand of course .

We had a very pleasant stay in this airBNB. Apartment in the heart of the mountains in a small holiday residence very quiet, in front of outdoor and indoor pools. Very clean and well-equipped, cozy atmosphere for a stay in the great outdoors like at home and within 30 minutes drive from Annecy, also accessible by bike by the greenway. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a very pleasant week in Jean-Marc's family apartment: as described, it is quiet and easy to walk to the good shops of La Feclaz. It's a great place for cross-country skiing and hiking.

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in residence with elevator. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and Alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a correct size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.
