Matt was an amazing host and the place felt very private and safe, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting SEMO as it is walking distance to the campus (less than a block), overall great stay and a definite recommendation!

This stay exceeded expectations! The house is stately, original to the area like I was hoping. We all were comfortable here for a family reunion. My brother was able to park his RV on the property for the week stay. The surprise charcuterie board was a delightful treat, and it tasted as good as it looked. The fresh flowers added a charming touch to an already beautiful space. Located in the path of Totality 2024… ! Highly recommend

Eric and Nancy's place exceeded my expectations! The master suite was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and clutter-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Eric and Nancy are wonderful hosts, and their attention to detail made our stay truly special.
