Annette was a great communicator and was a great host. Good value for the price and in a very convenient location. Met our needs well and would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the place! It was just right for me and close to the convention center downtown. Comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Katrin topped it off with snacks and beverages! If I ever need a place to stay in KC again I will definitely consider her place!

We had a great stay at Chris’ place. Check in would have been confusing had it not been for his great communication and specific directions. Location was perfect for our event at T-Mobile Center.

Beautiful apartment & nice amenities. Appreciated the snacks, and bottles of water in the fridge, very welcoming. We appreciated the prompt response when trying to enter the building. We loved the bed-- so comfy. The apartment is decorated very nicely, reminded me of HGTV show. It was nice to be able to walk to the show at the T-mobile center. I would highly recommend Rob and Brenda as hosts- they were wonderful.

Love this unique place. The food options are such a great bonus with the nearby sports bar and cafe. Love the town and the lake is gorgeous.

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

This place was amazing for my wife and I. It was such a beautiful little home and felt very relaxing. We came to KC for a relaxing kid free weekend and we got exactly that. This place is the best I’ve ever stayed in either hotel or Airbnb. The place was extremely clean and is very up to date. You can even turn on the shower with voice commands… lots of media available on the TVs. It was just the perfect place for us. The decor and layout is also extremely fancy. I am recommending this place to anyone I know going to KC for a little get away. Thanks again for everything!

It’s a freaking awesome beautiful small part of town. The environment is great and quiet just a few miles away. Is this place called the little barbecue joint that is absolutely phenomenal or host Anthony was amazing. Always spoke with us. Helped us if I’m anywhere even remotely close to Missouri that’s where we’re stayingno question hands-down even if we have to travel a little further.

If you are looking for your home away from home then you have found your place. The kitchen was stocked with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and all of the extras you would need to make a meal or late night snack. The living room was very comfortable with a very nice and soft sectional, lots of pillows and a great Roku TV. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and well prepared, the master bed was absolutely one of the best! The blankets were so soft and comfortable for the cold nights. Every detail was met in the bathrooms and there were plenty of towels to go around for the five of us for three nights. The check in process was so very easy and the communication about check in time and door code were sent well before the stated check in time. In the face of the KC Blizzard 2025 the host made every single effort to make sure my family had a safe place to stay during the worst of the storm, allowing us to stay an extra night to wait out the closed roads. My daughter just bought her first house in PV. Originally we thought we would sleep there after a couple days of working. As it is with an older place we extended twice and Dustin and Summer were great in that process. This a great home base for your visit to all that the KC metro has to offer. We appreciated the convenience and room to spread out and rest at the end of the day.

Great stay. Everything was clean, and smelled fresh. The playground nearby was an added bonus for our 3 year old. Would stay again!

Beautiful home, friendly host and not far from stores! It was a great home to spend our vacation visiting family for the holidays!

Regi’s property was very welcoming and comfortable. Everything was completely clean and tidy upon our arrival and we were very pleased with everything.

Cozy and nice place made me feel like at home. Not to mention the location is unbeatable if you are here for Jack Stack BBQ or museum visits. Only 6 min walk from the condo door to the entrance of Nelson Atkins museum which facilitated my three consecutive days of visit. Sage is extremely welcoming and responsive. I appreciate the hospitality including the free drinking water and morning coffee. If I ever come back to KC I’ll definitely stay at her place again.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

We had an overall great stay. There are just a few things I wish I'd been better prepared for, which are outlined in the 'cons' below. Pros: Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of blankets and pillows for the five of us. Kid-friendly amenities. Cons: No room-darkening blinds and the area is very well-lit 24/7. Kitchen only contains the very basics - no kitchen hand towel, cooking oil/spray, or spatula for flipping eggs (just stirring spatulas). The location didn't feel entirely unsafe but we hoped for and expected a little nicer of a neighborhood.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

We were so excited to find a place to stay in this apartment building! It's beautiful decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed walking to Country Club Plaza. It's the perfect little apartment!!! We made our own breakfast in the kitchen, and later enjoyed restaurants and shops a walk away. The kitchen nook to sit in to have breakfast was lovely, looking down on the street and the park. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated that the bathroom sink always drained when we used it, and so did the tub. The apartment has great windows to watch the sun rise over the park. Lovely little get-away!

Nicole’s place was great. We stayed over the Thanksgiving long weekend. Easy to find, easy to get in, park across the street to walk the dog and near great food, breweries, The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Would recommend Nicole’s place

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
