Cosy cottage/kitchen/washing machine/parking/WiFi

DanielRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This spot is exactly what you would imagine when you think of a stay in rural Ireland. Cows graze in a pasture across the road, and the entire place is surrounded by rolling hills. Extremely cozy, with a wood stove, comfy couches, and lots of blankets. Stephanie was very welcoming, and gave us lots of great recommendations in the area. While very rural, the cottage isn't remote, as many major attractions including the Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty castle are a 30-60 minute drive away. Make sure to check out the town of Ennis while you're in Feakle.

Just returned from a two night stay at Amy’s cabin with my 9 year old daughter. We had a wonderful time. The cabin is exactly as described, warm and cosy with all the things you need for your stay. Amy is so welcoming and friendly. She showed us how to feed the alpacas and greedy sheep and gave my daughter a huge bucket of food for them. This was the absolute highlight of the trip for my daughter. Can’t recommend Amy’s place enough, it was fabulous. Hope to stay again sometime soon.

St Kevin's Shepherds Hut and Whiskey Barrel sauna.

RebeccaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a great stay in Sandra’s little Shepherds hut. Already the little „street“ to the place is an adventure but beautiful. The hut is cozy and simple but got everything you need. The sauna was a welcome extra for us and the view from the little terrace is amazing. Sandra was very friendly and flexible with us changing our estimated time of arrive at least 3 times. We loved to stay there and would always come back.

Panorama, peace, nature. The Lookout

SvetlanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Perfect place for a getaway! Brian provided accurate instructions on how to get to the place and what to expect and kept in touch the whole time. The location is superb, it was easy to get used to being surrounded by nature, listening to various birds singing, and even a fox making appearance at some point! The sky was clear during our stay so we also benefitted from using the telescope to admire the night sky. The cabin is really well insulated so we didn’t have a chance to use the stove fire, which means that we’ll have to go back when it gets colder. We really enjoyed the time spent there and regretted having to leave too soon.
