Cottage vacation rentals in Leinster

I almost didnt want to leave a review as I wanted to keep this secret for myself. We have had the most incredible stay and it will not be our last. The cottage is absolutely stunning and all the little bits are so thoughtful. Just what was needed to get the head showered. Robyn, my assistance dog, loved the garden- perfect for her. Loved the hot tub. only bit we don't like is having to leave. Stunning location and such a reaponsive host. Cant wait for next visit.

Wonderful Willow Cottage - a place of peace, stillness and serenity. Stunning location, magnificent furniture and decor and an almost hypnotic ambience of pure and magical relaxation. Hottub was stunning with the gorgeous lighting and Bluetooth function for music. The outdoor surroundings were stunning at night with ground spotlighting and a beautiful illuminated tree. Claire was fantastic, always responding to messages and being so helpful and friendly. She came to see us off at checkout and was everything a host should be and so much more. I cannot recommend Claire and Willow Cottage highly enough. I will definitely be back again.

Vince was an amazing host! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this stay to anyone. The house has lots of great features e.g the hot tub, fire pit and the really comfy bed. He gave us lots of recommendations and gave us a lift into town which was very kind of him! Would definitely return! :)

We had a very pleasant stay. It was a lovely, cosy house with a homely vibe to it. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a restful sleep on the beds and the hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Would definitely recommend for a wee night away.

Mike's place was just beautiful and peaceful. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time and enjoyed the projector for movies, the hottub all day and especially at night watching the stars. The beautiful little kitchen made us feel like we were just at home. Mike himself was and amazing cosy and so helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Coming from another country I was not sure how easy booking a place would be, but Liz was amazing on making sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner and offered many suggestions to help ease the unknown. The house was in a beautiful setting with amazing views. On check in Liz made sure the refrigerator was stocked with a few essential to get us started. The fireplace and hottub was a perfect addition to end a busy day out siteseeing. We used the fireplace nightly and on our last day we ran out of propane but one message to Liz and within 30 minutes we were back in business so we could enjoy our last night relaxing next to the beautiful fireplace. Everything you needed to relax in the hottub was provided from towels, to robes, to several pairs of flip flops which was awesome since we were limited on space for packing internationally. I would absolutely recommend Owenie's Cottage and I would enjoy staying here and working with Liz on my next trip.

Annette’s house was lovely and cosy. Everything we needed was at hand, beautiful range cooker in the kitchen. Clean and tidy and really comfortable. Annette had a really detailed guest book with all local amenities making everything really accessible. 5stars and would definitely stay again.

Ricky’s place was wonderful from the moment we got there, we had a peaceful time, and with the shops only 10 minutes away, was able to have everything we wanted easily. Ricky was a great host, really quick to respond and helpful as anything.

If I could give Audrey 6 stars I would! The cottage was cosy, clean and we had everything we needed. Audrey was welcoming and spent time explaining things, telling us about the surrounding area and ensuring that we were comfortable. I hope to visit Riverstown and Audrey's cottage again one day.

We thoroughly enjoy our two night stay at the Cowshed, Dee was so welcoming and helpful, the place is absolutely beautiful, extremely cozy and welcoming, the perfect place for a weekend getaway. You are near the greenway and the beach. Dungarvan is a few minutes away. It was the perfect location for us, best of both worlds, the beauty of the country side and beach with easy access to the town and greenway. We will definitely be back

The hosts Helen and Frank were both lovely, warm and welcoming. Check in was easy, it was self check in so no waiting around and then after arrival the hosts had a quick visit to see if we needed anything, which we didn't as everything was perfect. the accommodation is really unique, lovely country stay...very peaceful and relaxing. you will need a car as there is no public transport, but loads of places to go and see in short drive. The hosts were very kind to leave food for us to cook for breakfast which was a lovely added treat. Lovely stay and would recommend if your looking for something different and unique!

Eamon could not have done enough to make our stay an unforgettable one! He was so helpful, send us recommendations for places around the area and even popped in to wish us well on our way home, would absolutely love to stay again

The stay at Benedict's cabin was delightful. It was a beautiful, refreshingly quiet area and provided us with the peace that we needed away from the distractions of modern life. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. The highlight for me was the sunroom which was a great place to start the day with a warm beverage. Richard and Ben were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were accommodating and allowed us to bring our dog who was very happy to join us, especially with all of the great places to hike in the area.

What can we say Truce Cottage is beautiful exactly as advertised. So peaceful & close to loads of tourists amenities. The cotton was presented in pristine condition throughout, the directions & instructions to entering the cottage was effortless. Celine was a wonderful host nothing was to much bother & her replies were very quick we loved everything about our stay here. Ballymore Eustace is a quaint little village with loads of lovely walks & very friendly people, the Ballymore Inn is definitely worth a visit the food is fabulous service is excellent. If your looking for an Airbnb we would definitely recommend Truce Cottage you won’t be disappointed we will definitely be back, Celine makes your visit so effortless & thinks of everything you might need for your stay. Fantastic spot- cosy and comfortable cottage. Perfect quiet location, but close to great dog friendly bars and restaurants. So much to do in area- fantastic beaches, forest walks. Beautiful part of the world. Thank you for a fab New Years stay!

Fantastic weekend away with my wife. Very peaceful, lovely scenic walks. Very clean, everything you need. Breakfast and milk provided. Ciaran was very responsive to any messages, definitely will be back!

This cottage was the perfect place for a chill weekend. It was quiet, cozy, warm, and in a beautiful area. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get some rest and get away from normal busy life. We had a great time and the nearby town Manorhamilton has some great spots for food.

We had a very pleasant stay in John's house. The location in the rural area withdrawn with a lot of peace and privacy, just what we needed. The house has all the necessary utilities, practically it was like home. John is a very responsive host and responds very quickly to any needs/requests.

Niall and Inez were wonderful hosts. The farm was beautiful and very peaceful. We stayed for 10 days and got to enjoy all the beautiful aspects of the farm; walking trails, petting the horses and enjoying the peacefulness. The cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and felt like home. We enjoyed making a fire in the evenings and cooking breakfast in the mornings. We even made blackberry jam with blackberries from the farm and Inez’s recipe. The cottage we stayed in slept four; we had one couple and one single person and it was plenty of room. We felt very safe while staying on the farm. We utilized the laundry and that was very convenient. We rented a car to get around and enjoyed many local restaurants, coffee shops and castles. Niall was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the farm grounds and cottage pointing out where things were. The farm is a must stay if looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Thank you Riana for 5 wonderful nights at the beautiful Heron Cottage. We were absolutyely thrilled with everything. It was the most exquisite place to stay for a short break with my 90 year old mother, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. We loved the gorgeous decor and it was equipped with everything you could wish for. Everything is so easy to work, with super instructions readily available. The private steps to the beach make for a magical journey over to the harbour where we feasted on fish and chips and the outdoor seating was just perfect to relax with a glass of wine. The location is superb for touring around. We were blown away by the beauty of the place and it's fascinating history. Heron cottage is a very special place and Riana is the most welcoming, most generous host as was her lovely daughter who greeted us on arrival. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy a holiday here. To be honest we didn't want to leave and we hope to return.

We had a lovely stay in Susan's cozy cottage. Our kids loved exploring around the house and the great DVD collection when the weather wasn't on our side. We would definitely recommend a stay.

absolutely wonderful stay. I loved the shop and cottage so much. all the alpaca are so cute and the shop was awesome I bought an amazing alpaca down duvet along with socks, a stuffed animals. I paid over 100 dollars for a mid sized alpaca in Alaska and at K2 I paid 65 for a massive stuffed bear that I bought with the intention to give to my Grandson, I bought him something else so I could keep it 😆

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Very peaceful and feels like home away from home. Francis is an amazing host and very helpful. Definitely going to be back again 😊
